Zippy Shell West Houston

We contacted Zippy Shell at the last minute after discovering that PODS requires a 12′ clearance for their drop and that they couldn’t drop on our street. We then found Zippy Shell and had delivery of our trailer scheduled within 30 minutes of requesting a quote online (on a Sunday, no less).
While the scheduling was straightforward and painless, I can’t say enough about Harry B. who was our local Zippy Shell operator. Our move was on short notice and hectic and Harry accommodated us through the entire process. He delivered our shell, picked it up and promptly replied to every email and phone call during the two month storage.
My initial concern with Zippy Shell was that our stuff would disappear to an unknown warehouse and our only contact with Zippy Shell would be anonymous telephone or internet representatives. Our experience was the exact opposite. We dealt with Harry throughout the entire process and he was alway prompt, responsive and honest.

I appreciate the convenience and accessability of a storage pod with delivery to my home. The owner was responsive and worked well with my schedule for delivery of the pod and pick up. He even allowed to stay a couple extra days which really helped and my being able to organize my belongings efficiently. The price is reasonable compared to other storage pods on the market. And I felt my belongings were quite secure. When I got my belongings back nothing was broken and everything seemed to be in order. I highly recommend Zippy Shell.

We had to store all of our furniture for 6 months while our new home was under construction. This was the second time that I used Harry Briers and Zippy Shell. They are the most professional movers I’ve ever dealt with. They did every thing. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Excellent service and friendly people! My furniture was in the same condition as the day they took it to be stored. I would never use anyone else!

Excellent service! We hired Zippy shell/​Harry Briers to load our home into the shells and store them for a few months. Harry was very easy to work with and made the moving process super easy! Excellent and professional service. We needed an alternate storage solution while moving between homes in a very short notice and we were able to find zippy shell that is locally run by Harry Briers. He did a fantastic job in moving 5 zippy shells with locks back and forth between the central storage and our home without leaving more than 2 in front of our home. He was very efficient and was able to work around our timing with the company the company that would move the items between the shells and our home.
Harry was very professional throughout and went above and beyond to give us the best service. I had lost my keys to a lock for one of the shells and he was quick to bring a lock cutter on his next round to mitigate this issue.
I would highly recommend the service with Harry and would not hesitate to use the service again.

The most professional service ever! The company called me back a few minutes after I visited their website for a quote (unheard of response time) and offered us the incredible deal of a 15×7×7 ft storage shell for $ 99 per month (first month just $ 1)delivered to my house and picked up for just $ 99 more. WHAT A DEAL! Even better? It was clean and in great condition. Harry, the owner, picked it up for take-​away soon after we called, even though it was a Sunday, as we preferred to have it out of our driveway. The next day, we realized we left a few VERY important documents in our desk inside the storage unit. After telling Harry, he agreed to bring the shell back free of charge. Really? This gives me faith that human kindness does exist!
I highly suggest anyone storing stuff use Zippy Shell. The ability to load your shell ONCE as opposed to loading stuff in a rental truck, paying exorbitant mileage fees, then unloading into an expensive storage unit can easily be avoided wiht Zippy Shell.

These guys are the best! Harry (the owner) answered all of our questions and worked within our difficult moving schedule over the holidays. The trailer was super secure and easy to load. They gave us a great deal with no hidden fees or weirdness. Nobody likes moving, but they made it much easier for us. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any future moves, hopefully not anytime soon.
