Waited for two hours for the appointment, doesn’t make sense at all, do not recommend for anyone whatsoever
Doctor is not professional anyway

This review is strictly on his staff, which affects the entire experience of having him as a physician and is the reason why we will be looking for another GI specialist. Firstly, although they work with hospitals and insurance companies on a daily basis to get orders schedule, they appear to have never had experience in this department at all. There’s always done scheduling mishap. The hospital would call to let us know the insurance has yet to approve the order because their office did not do the legwork they were supposed to do. We would arrive at the hospital for work to be done only to be told necessary prerequisite labs were never ordered for them so things would be delayed some more. A procedure that should only take 10 mins turn into an entire day. We would call to have them take care of the things they needed to take care of only to have it forgotten again and again. The entire process of having him as a physician and having multiple hospital procedures over the period of four months or so had been straining due to multiple issues with their incompetent staff. Decent doctor, but not decent enough to have to put up with this. On the doctor himself, his personality is abrasive. Actual face time with him is quick. After numerous tests, he still has no clue what is wrong with my mom. As I’ve mentioned, we will be looking for another physician.
