I’ve just been totally insulted by this business owner and I’m really angry while I’m typing this review. I found this nail techinician on Instagram and I wanted to be able to showcase her styles for a photoshoot I’m doing later today. I booked the original appointment online(they use as a booking service) — my appt was for 10am Thursday morning, I arrived at 9:55am, I waited until 10:10am to call the establishment as there had no one arrive to open the doors. The woman who answered, identified herself as the owner and I let her know I was waiting for the 10am appt. She tells me that since I didn’t respond to the automated text through styleseat that my appt was cancelled and she has a 10:30am appt and it’s nothing she could do: I explained to her that I never received a text and she tells me that I should have given styleseat accurate information. I tell her that they do have correct information and she was extremely rude and tells me that’s between me and Styleseat and all she knows is she has a 10:30 appt and she is not going to seat on the phone with me. I told her that I recieved an email from styleseat but never a text-she said that’s not her problem. I tell her that I’m her customer and she should be taking ownership of this situation but she then says oh well and hangs up. I’m livid at this point: I look at the sign in her door and it says 10am as her business hours, walk-ins welcome. So… even if there was a mix-up the business wasn’t open during posted business hours to accept me anyway. She pulls up at 10:36 doesn’t even acknowledge me, goes in her business and closes the door. I am the nicest person ever and I rarely encounter business’s with this level of improper handling of customers but this was horrible. I was treated completely unprofessionally and I would not recommend this business to a new person booking off the internet. Apparently, you have to «know» her to receive proper treatment.
