Wingstop

The only reason i put 2 stars is because i like the food. The service can not be worse. Everyone is slow and even after calling in 10 minites ahead I have to wait 15 more minutes inside, Plus they give me the wrong order.

Do not call in an order for pick up. It won’t be ready by the time you get there. It’s not the first time they done it to me. First incident I waited almost 45 min, while everyone else was picking up there orders. Do not order for pick up if your hungry.

Probably one of the worst wingstops I’ve ever been to … They differ by location, skip this one.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order on line and waited the 30 minutes for my food. Showed up to get order and was told they don’t have any online orders because their server is down. Oh and by the way– we are cash only.
The cashier did not offer anything for my inconvenience. No discount– no free drink– no extra dipping sauce– nothing. Did I mention he did not even apologize! Only said it was not his problem because the computer was down. Guess I will call I. My order next time and not even try to use their useless website!

They never seem to have enough staff working here. Tried calling in an order and was on hold for over 10 minutes. Customer service is hit or miss with this place.

Come for the wings and stay for the extremely explicit rap mix tapes they play on the speakers.
We sat down for a quick lunch while driving through the area. While eating, the music changed randomly from the usual chain restaurant corporate muzak, to really dirty lyric rap. This wasn’t radio edit rap, or just a couple F bombs here and there, this was really explicit stuff.
Not so good if you wanted to bring your kids, or you know, eat food without getting ear raped.

I have been coming to this location for years. I used to like this place, but it’s customer service is terrible. The dining area is disgusting because they never clean the tables and the floor is always sticky from spilled drinks. The manager must be too cheap to turn on the A/​C because it is always 90 degrees inside in the summer. As a result I started calling in my order and picking it up. No big deal right?
Last night I called to place an order the guy picked up the phone and said «Thank you for calling Wingstop. Please Hold.» I didn’t even get a chance to respond before I was placed on hold for 15 MINUTES. I finally gave up and went somewhere else.
I still haven’t satisfied my craving for wings so I called again tonight. I got the same greeting and was placed on hold again. After 7 minutes, I hear someone pick up the phone and then hang it up without saying a word.
I will never eat at this Wing Stop again. They’ve lost a longstanding customer. I’m going to eat Buffalo Wild Wings tonight.

Ordering online is a joke. The order is not ready when you arrive and you end up waiting 30 mins on your lunch break. They do not let the wings drain before serving to customers. You get wings sitting in a huge pile of grease. Looks like someone poured a bottled of grease over the wings. Gross!

I love their wings, but their customer service is one of the worst things I’ve ever encountered. You can literally marvel at how bad it is. I had the pleasure of arguing with one of their staff members when they lost the order I called in. Went to pick it up. They said they never got that order. I had the receipt on my phone. She said I called and came to 2 different Wing Stops. I show her the e-​mail (with their store on there). I repeated the address and phone number, which she said were correct. Then, instead of admitting they screwed up, she caught an attitude with me! Still said I screwed up and called the wrong store (ordered online). It was all a mess. I will go back as little as possible.

I ordered takeout on a weeknight. The food was ready and still hot. The cashier was nice and speedy. The food was good, we had the lemon pepper, Hawaiian and garlic Parmesan cheese wings! They were the bomb! We will be back :)

I have been coming here for a few years now. Back the there was nice people that would have your wings ready fast. Now it’s full of ghetto employees who can’t seem to give you the right order. And today I saw two of the employees drop fries and then kicking it under the fryer. That’s is unsanitary if you ask me. I hate this place now!

The wait time is horrible! You order and pick up in the same line. If your order is sitting there, like mine was, you still have to wait as they take forever to help everyone! Needless to say, my order was cold when I got home. I do not recommend this location!

A whole lot of waiting at the counter to order with «someone will be right with you» interspersed every few minutes. Good thing, too. I was beginning to question my existence.
Food was underwhelming.

This Wingstop I would say is just OK considering the fact that the location is really small and not really a place to dine-​in. It’s more suited for to-​go orders honestly. I usually get the boneless wings and as such I will only be rating those. Do yourself a favor and if you like em hot like I do, DON’T GET THE EXTREMELY HOT ONES! They are gross and extremely spicy, all you really taste is the heat. The level below these is actually much tastier. The app does work with this location, but review your order fully before clicking submit. Another drawback is that it takes them around 45 mins to get your wings ready, so order early. Everything else is fine and they will have your order ready on time. I only wish they would really DROWN the boneless wings in hot sauce.

Since I am in college, I am constantly out for quick deals! I love the 60cent wing deal MON-​TUE. This place is good, does what it was intended to do and saves $. Not to mention the meat is high quality white chicken. In fact this place beats out «Buffalo Wild Wings” — as BWW just coats their small decrepit wings with sauce!
I recommend!

I like that they have meal combos now or has this been for some time? Coworkers wanted wings so I tagged along.
There was a sewage smell coming from outside that made its way inside which wasn’t appealing but we were getting it to go so it wasn’t too bad. Coworkers said that that smell was the first they ever smelled it so I guess something happened in the area.
I ordered the atomic wings– all flats. Flavor was on point and I substituted my french fries for celery sticks instead. Celery sticks were cold and crunch! just the way I like them!

I didn’t know a wing stop could be so nice! This was my first time here. I came on a Monday to pick up some to-​go order to bring back home for the football game at night. The staff was really nice and attentive. Recited my order to me and where it all was and even gave me a pint of ranch sauce! =P the manager, Mai was really nice and gave me some complimentary items along with my order. I love that there is an outside seating area and spacious indoor seating area. The place was kept really clean and had a friendly environment. Next time I come I definitely will be sitting outside!

Wow. Didn’t expect this place to be so good.
I am picky with my wings and these were as good of wings as I have ever had.
I had the original hot and the BBQ… both were great. The fries and ranch dressing are awesome too.
The kids working the day I visited were very nice and the place looked clean and well run.
