Business Owner

Master Derrick Wilson is the founder and chief instructor of the Wilson Karate Academy. He has acquired extensive knowledge of the martial arts over a span of more than forty years which has granted him the expertise to establish the number one Houston karate school in the city.

Achievements include ten state championships, ten national championships, five international championships, and four world championships. Master Wilson has been an instructor for the last five years under one of karate’s most esteemed, respected, and honored martial artist… Chuck Norris.

With all of his innumerable skills and talents, Master Wilson has steered several of his own students to become state and world champions at the Wilson Karate Academy
