I haven’t gone to a Which Wich in years but I was not about to walk all the aisles of Costco on a HANGRY stomach. So I crossed the street to grab a sandwich. I was surprised at the new menu options and for some reason a Gyro sounded REALLYGOOD. Hanger does things I can’t explain. I filled out my brown bag and proceeded to wait in line. It was quite busy on a Sunday afternoon. The girl at the counter was too preoccupied checking her cellphone to really move the line along. Millennials… I ordered and the food was ready within 5 mins so at the least the guys on the food line had their priorities straight. They even offered me TWO containers of sauce when I asked for extra on the side Gyro-Gyro meat w/tzatziki sauce and I added olive salad, cucumbers, spinach, tomato and black olives on wheat bread. I tried to make it as traditional as possible(they had pita bread but I just prefer wheat) and it paid off! I ate the whole entire thing it was delicious! Glad to know I don’t have to pay Niko Niko prices to get a Niko Niko fix.

I love your sandwiches BUT… You all get a BAD review for forgetting my 1000 Island and Coleslaw on my Turkey-Which for the umpteenth time!!! What the heck!!! C’mon man, what is the deal? First you discontinue the horseradish mayo now if someone wants coleslaw and 1000 Island on their sandwich you lock up like a computer. «Does not compute»!!! Turkey-Which comes with 1000 Island dressing and Coleslaw!!! STOPFORGETTINGTOPUTITON!!! I’m from Michigan — we like coleslaw up there. I grew up in the stuff. Ya’ll better start liking it too! Get to know it, get comfortable with it.

The cranberries are the best. I never know what to choose because all the sandwiches are great. Fresh food and great services. The ice is the best ice around

Eh, I’m reviewing this just because it feels like I should. I get that Which Wich is a franchise and that you really shouldn’t expect much. But I went during lunch today and the service was pretty quick considering it was 12:40 and I was near a hospital and a bunch of office parks. The food is usually consistent, I feel like it’s a bit overpriced for a sandwich shop but whatever they’ve got decent food. But the thing that got me today was there customer service, I was not greeted by anyone when I came in. The man at the cash register did not say a word to me outside of telling me my total. He did not offer me the Which Wich rewards card which I didn’t know about until after the fact. And then the lady who was calling out your name for the sandwich being ready, was so soft spoken you could not hear anything. I’m just saying there needs to be a bit more friendliness.

Waited forever for my sandwich, and then they forgot the egg that I paid an extra dollar for. Way overpriced food and terrible service. I gave two stars because at least they weren’t stingy on the ingredients that actually got put in, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you really want an expensive sandwich.

Really disappointed. I went in for a breakfast sandwich and was handed a frozen egg on toasted bread. Went back in to ask for it to be remade and the wich wich maker said there wasn’t much else they could do… ?! I guess that’s how they serve them?! Yuck.

Food is excellent. Medium sandwiches longer than subway. I could only eat half and I was starving. You definitely get your money worth. Unique way of ordering on paper bag. At least this allows for no mistakes so you get exactly what you want. I also loved the crushed ice. U can enjoy eating it after your drink.. I recommend this place to everyone that’s hungry and who wants their food to taste very good!

At first I was disappointed with this location, and I had a previous review that expressed my thoughts. I am now writing to change my original review. I gave this location another try(because I was hungry and I wanted a sandwich) and they met my standards. I ordered online and I was impressed with the service I received. My order was made perfectly and it was done before my estimated time for pickup, which I was really impressed by. The quality of their sandwiches is above standard and I don’t mind paying extra for something with better ingredients. Not the best, but they are still better than many other sandwiches. I love Which Wich and I am now a happy customer. Thank you for meeting and surpassing my standards. If you’re in a hurry try the order online feature! It saves you from having to smell like bread because there is virtually no wait time in the store. I’m not saying that smelling like bread is bad or anything, but hey just in case you aren’t a fan of waiting inside there that’s just a small tip.

Trying to figure out the concept here. Let’s serve really expensive sandwiches that basically taste like Subway and generate a ton of consumer non recyclable trash in the process? For $ 25, two people could do a lot better somewhere else. This location enhances the experience with slow service and dirty floors. Nothing special about their ingredients and their mayo is super sweet.

Terrible lettuce wraps, they fall apart in your hands. This location is declining in their ability to make a good sandwich. So sad. I used to go a few times a week.

Love their sandwiches. They’re always pretty quick and efficient. Only four stars because for some reason this location does not have the most friendly people.

Amazing. I tried a lettuce wich for the first time(chicken with caramelized onions, red onions, hummus, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers, jalepeno, and crushed red pepper), and the lettuce was really crispy and refreshing. The worker who wrapped it wrapped it really well! It was tight, together, and all the fillings were distributed wonderfully so I was never getting just big mouthfuls of lettuce. I am impressed, and will definitely be coming back

Food is ok, good enough for fast food. It gets pretty busy during lunch hour with all the businesses nearby. Parking is pretty easy but I rather order online and pick up. it’s much more convenient and takes less time.

Worst which which I have been to, both sandwiches wrong, and that’s after a ten minute when the place was dead. Will continue to go to other locations but never this one. We got a refund on one, and the other… The BLT used chopped diced bacon… What a joke. Buh bye.

Great service after the lunch rush, and good service during it. I always get the Grinder sandwich cold. Just the Medium sized sandwich and a drink should be just fine for filling up a normal person if you don’t feel like eating chips. If it’s crowded I recommend putting your initials or a drawing on the back of the bag so you can see how its progressing; they have the bags clipped onto a wire that they move along as they’re making the sandwich.

The meat grinder is really good but the sandwich combo is pretty expensive with the total coming to $ 11.85 when you get a reg drink and chips. Tasty but just pricey.

No going back to Subway after this! Like their concept where you get the empty bag and make your own selections on the bread, veggies and spices… Good tip when the line is long is to write your name on the back of the bag as well so you can track its position in the queue. Efficient concept albeit not always faster service… I love the Cuban with ham, pork and pickles. The bread is always toasted just right, warm and lightly crunchy, appreciate selections such as pesto sauce, caramalized onions, banana peppers…

Samiches. Which Wich is like a cross between Subway(deli meats on a sub) and Brown Bag Deli(communicating your order via a brown bag), but with a lot more variety in their offerings than both(gyro, thanksgiving turkey, buffalo sauce, etc). So you can see how it’s a perfect in-between of Brown Bag and Subway, here’s my rankings of sandwich chains in terms of quality and yumminess: Brown Bag being my fave, and Subway being the worstest: 1. Brown Bag 2. Potbelly 3. Jimmy John’s 4. Which Wich 5. Schlotzsky’s 6. Quizno’s 7. Subway

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Maybe it is just this location in general. Honestly all the Wiches at Which Wich taste the same to me.(sort of like Subway) They have a lot of options but they all seem to just blend together. I am trying to lay off the carbs(LOL) so I ordered a lettuce Wich. BADIDEA. They don’t really wrap your filling with the lettuce leaves. It is more like they just throw everything on the lettuce, pile more lettuce on top, then LETTUCELETTUCELETTUCE and ROLL it tight to fool you into thinking it is actually a wrap. Yeah. NOPE. Won’t ever get that again. If you do think you might want the lettuce Wich just order a salad. You will need a fork and knife for the lettuce Wich unless you’d like to be wearing your lunch. Also I agree with the super slow service at this location in particular.
