Customer service never matters at this location. People are rude as hell, especially when you call on phone. Man hung up in my face when I called asking if they had an item in stock he got an attitude cause I said please check style number to make sure this was the correct jacket cause there’s been times when they’ve told me over the phone yes we have an item but once I walk in to retrieve it… not what I asked for

Plus sizes are only found online, and honestly seeing that makes me sad. Lots of ladies like being able to go out and shop with their friends regardless of size, and this make it hard. Plus it is always a pain doing the shipping and returning thing if needed. Other than that, they have a decent selection of cheap clothing that especially appeals to the under 18 crowd.

Have admired many a cheap sweater in the window.
Will never set foot in this place because it smells like a plastics factory as soon as you get to the door.

Hmm Wet Seal is really going down. This used to be 1 of my favorite stores years ago but not anymore. I couldn’t find anything in here, except for some cute fishnet stockings. Won’t be returning!
