At Well Done Cooking Classes in Houston, Texas, we have social cooking classes for those who are looking for a great Date Night (Couple’s Classes), a fun Girl’s Night Out, a memorable Anniversary, or a fantastic Birthday.
We also have cooking classes for those who want to learn the Fundamentals (Basics) of cooking and baking. Whether you are an experienced cook or a beginner, our Fundamentals will help you be the cook you’ve always wanted to be.
Is there a holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter) or seasonal celebration (Summer grilling!) coming up that you need some help in preparing for? We have life-changing classes that will make you better prepared to entertain and create your own new cooking memories.
Finally, we offer great team building and corporate dinner party classes for a unique and fun experience with your colleagues or VIP clients.
Each participant in our hands-on cooking classes will work in groups of up to four people. You will get to assemble and cook all courses, unless the dessert is specified to be made ahead (non-baking classes).
All of our classes are BYOB and you always leave stuffed. :)
ALL Well Done Cooking Classes are Hands-On
History
Established in 2009.
Celeste Terrell, executive Chef of Well Done, is a graduate of Auburn University and The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. She began offering cooking classes in Boston in 2005, but after moving to Houston to be closer to family, she began working with Kathryn Herod, a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. With their combined knowledge of the food service industry, marketing skills, and perseverance, Well Done Cooking Classes took off!
At first, cooking classes were only offered privately in people’s homes, but as the demand grew, Celeste decided to open her kitchen to fellow Houstonians, offering them the chance to learn a variety of cooking skills in an intimate setting in her apartment. We are now in a beautiful town house in the Heights with lots of room and parking.
Recreational cooking classes are now offered 6 – 8 times per week, with a sprinkle of private classes. Well Done is booming thanks to our TLC appearance, repeat business and awesome clients we love.
