Warehouse Frames ‘N Gallery

AWESOME place! Brought in limited edition print. Picked out mat, then frame. Thought it looked a little gold, I wanted silver, but went with it… Sure enough, when I went to pick it up, it WAS gold. Oh, the HORROR! Matting was fabulous though. Gregg to the rescue! He worked his magic, Ta-​Da! The silver is absolutely STUNNING! What was a special print is now a GORGEOUS work of art!
This is by FAR the most beautiful art piece I have ever owned. Not only beautiful job, but the price was far more affordable than any other estimate I received!
I truly appreciate the GREAT customer service I experienced there. They have been in business a long time, and man does it show!

I recently stopped this place after my son was born to have some pictures framed. I was very impressed when i walked in and saw all the beautiful artwork and frames that are displayed throughout the store! Customer service is really great the guy that helped me was Gregg and he is very knowledgable when it comes to selecting the right frame for your artwork! I am so pleased with how my sons pictures turned out and will definitley be retuning again!

I’ve been here twice now and have framed three of my own paintings. They varied in size from 14×18 to 36×48. Prices are slightly high (especially compared to Hobby Lobby, for example), but the selection and quality and aesthetics are worth it.
Both times I had my items framed within 24 hours, which is very nice.
You can either have the guys on the floor help you pick something out or just wander around by yourself until you find a frame you like. The first time I had someone help me and the second time I just took off by myself.
The true test of customer service here was when I went back to exchange a frame. When I picked it out, I mostly looked at it from afar to see how the painting looked within the frame. But when my boyfriend was hanging it up later, he noticed several small cracks in the frame. I called WFG the next day to ask if I could bring it in for them to look at it and exchange it, maybe. They gave me no grief about it and within 20 minutes they had taken off the old frame and put on the new frame. It was great. I’ll definitely come here from now on.
