I bought some fried chicken at the deli today I got it home it was a dry, over cooked, and virtually not edible. I sent an email. I made a phone call. The lady that answered would say anything but bring it back and visit customer service. I decided to do that. It’s my day off I have plenty of time to easte.(Ya, right…) customer service was ver friendly and quick. I said ok to an exchange. I went to the deli looked at the other o es. The times on the boxes were 1 to 2 hours ol. I chose the 1 hour old box. This was an 8 piece mixed chicken box. The lady who could speak English just gave me the run around. I asked her why she’s selling bad chicken. She shrugged her shoulders. She said she’d make some fresh in 45 minutes. I didn’t want to wait. I got back to the service counter where Jade helped me complete the transaction. She wished me well. I got the chicken home. It too was over cooked and dried out. It was decent enough to eat. I suggest you go to Kroger for fried chicken. Walmart could care less if you bought from their deli. They won’t even try to make it right the 2nd time. This is what sucks about this company. I should have just made my own. It would have cost the same and took less time and effort. No more Walmart Deli. And for that matter their bakery too!

It’s your typical Wal-Mart messy, dirty ghetto with rude customers and rude employees that don’t want to help. Shelves are a mess, things thrown wherever there’s a place to put them.
