«Can you see what that sign says?» «Girl, that’s the exit sign for 45» That’s when you know it is bad. Short and sweet, like my visit, this place is heaven on optometry earth. Efficient scheduling, easy sign in and paperwork process and drumroll… In and out(with frames chosen; after trying on 7 pairs) in an hour. Dr. Le is … Ballin’. For example: if you went into Walmart and Kim Kardashian greeted you… That kind of ballin’. Utmost professionalism, talks you through it all and I’ll be damned if she wasn’t the one who brought the finished product to me. This may seem like a shock, but despite my absence from the optical gang, this is not common practice that I have witnessed with others. I went in at noon and had my no glare poly carbonite glasses in my script by 5. No words. I just wanted to hug, but had to refrain because of Texas heat. They went the extra mile, I had even called about 4 hours after the apt and they had said it would be next day. Then an hour later they said they were ready and I almost peed my pants. Love, love, love the way I was treated. Not only in respect to my time but to the questions I needed answered. 5 mutha truckin stars.

I’ve been getting my eyes checked annually since I was 10 years old, and I have to say that this was by far the best experience at an optometrist’s office I’ve had. I don’t know what it is about me, but I really hate going to any type of annual appointment where I have to get ANY part of my body checked. This is no exception, but the staff was warm, welcome, and patient, making the experience«the best possible of all worlds,» as Dr. Pangloss would say.(Candide, but not in that context! LOL) Dr. Chang(Dr. Sarah Le, but is married now) is very personable and even worked with me and my insurance plan to get the best deal possible with my contacts and glasses! She took the time to do all these calculations on this big calculator(looked like it belonged in the streets of a Chinese market where they try to bargain with foreigners. No, seriously), and she really didn’t have to, but it saved me $$$! I felt comfortable and wasn’t rushed as I was looking through the frames. The female staff worker was really nice and tried to pick frames that were similar to the ones I’ve chosen. It was like my own personal Amazon recommendations following me around! I guess I can use that term, «my optometrist» now. :)

Love Dr. Le! I was having problems with my eyes, and Dr. Le immediately identified the problem and got it corrected. This will definitely be my go to place for contacts and glasses!

I have been wearing glasses for 12 years now, and it have had an eye exam with different doctors because I live in so many different places almost yearly. Lily and Dr. Le were extremely friendly and helpful! I was very pleased with my exam for eyeglasses and contacts. Lily really gave me great advice and helped pick a frame that fit my round face. I can’t really speak to affordability since my vision coverage is awesome it wasn’t a concern. Professionalism, cleanliness, location, curb appeal, parking, five stars! When I go back to pick up my eyeglasses that I purchased I will give an update. ;) Best of all I can see!

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Of all the optometrist that I have gotten a eye exam from, Dr. Le is by far the most detailed. Her eye exam is more detailed than most, and she provides her opinions on what is necessary based on my preferences. Prices are reasonable for services.

Clean, informative & friendly. Right when you walk into this office, you notice how clean and spacious it is. The exam was quick and thorough. Don’t you hate it when you can’t tell if 1 or 2 is clearer, 3 or 4. ahh so stressful! Dr. Le was patient though. She knows her stuff. She explains everything clearly and is very informative. She gave me tips on how to deal with my dry eyes during allergy season and helped me find contacts that wouldn’t irritate them more. I also had issues with my eyeliner getting on my contacts, and she recommended some new contacts for me. What a difference! I don’t have a crazy urge to rub my eyes anymore, and I don’t get cloudy blurred vision from my eyeliner getting on my contacts. I also got glasses from her. She helped me try on different styles and explained the different types of lenses. I love my glasses. I wear them more often than not. Laziness prevails.
