History

Established in 2000.

His inspirational success story started back in the early 80’s, during which Lee was inspired by the beauty and art of hair. Throughout his teenage years, he consistently juggled academics and the artistic flair of beauty. Lee constantly unleashed his talent by painting hairstyles and makeup on multiple canvasses. Finally, he decided his new art medium was the human body. As he stepped into cosmetology school with his practice mannequin, he was teased and taunted by his peers to not pursue his dreams of becoming a hairstylist, but he didn’t allow any obstacles to get in his way and continued to pursue his life long goal of becoming a hairdresser. Finally, his dream became a reality.

Lee Pham is the style director and creator of the successful Visage Salon & Day Spa. Visage Salon & Day Spa’s success has reached for beyond initial estimates as a result of his artistic influence. Lee shows his capability to channel his serious thoughts of beauty by showcasing his pride in his top-​notch stylists and inviting salon and spa environment. When it comes to the clients’ satisfaction, Lee is very attentive.

I have to give a shout-​out to Thu, hair stylist at Visage. I had to find another stylist after my regular one moved up north. She is a true professional and genuinely intuitive to her clients needs. It’s a pleasure going in for my appointment, and coming out feeling confident because of your hair looking so great! Nice, professional atmosphere, too!

Went to Visage Salon and had Jean style my hair. I was pleased with the result. She is very willing to help you with decisions about hairstyles. She is also very pleasant to talk with. However, I want a hairstyle that I can fix myself. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case for me. I don’t think that she is a bad stylist, just not a good fit for me.

After moving back to the Houston area, I tried a new stylist. You have to find someone eventually, right? Well, the lady turned my hair Ronald McDonald orange. I was not amused, but the experience led me to Thu for which I am thankful!
Thu is an awesome colorist (trust me!) and stylist! She has brought me full circle. I love going in and having a stylist that I can trust to bring out my best features with color and style. I can’t say enough about her! She even accepted my mother-​in-​law on short notice. My mother-​in-​law kept saying afterwards that she felt so beautiful. Thu is fabulous!

First time client to this location. The salon was clean and professional. My stylist was Thu, who I highly recommend. She called me the day before my appointment to discuss exactly what I wanted and gave the best and longest scalp massage I’ve ever had. She pays attention to the details and loves her job. I’ll be back.

I have been a client of Thu at Visage for 6 years and my children have been going to her for 5 years. Thu is professional, experienced, kind, and personable and my kids love to go see her. Thu is attentive, talented and aims to please. The staff is courteous and professional too. I absolutely recommend Thu to anyone.

I’ve been going to Visage for a few years now. I typically get my haircut only a few times a year, so when I’m finally well overdue for one I call and get whoever is available as soon as possible. I’ve always enjoyed the stylists and liked my haircuts. But this week I called for a hair appointment (and I decided to get some subtle highlights too… a first for me), I was given an afternoon appointment that day with Thu. I have to say, I love her. Not only did she give me a great haircut and wonderful highlights which I’m now enjoying (and wondering why I took so long to try out), but she is just a great person. We didn’t just talk about the weather and local news stories or common small talk, we talked about personal things, family joys and struggles, life choices, parenting, and lots more. She is genuinely a sweet person. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Visage because of Thu. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment with her. Thanks Thu!

I had a great experience when I had my hair done, nails and massage. Everyone that worked on me was superb and friendly.
I notice that it is mostly Grouponers that complained and gave this salon a low rating. This does not surprise me. The mentallity of a grouponer is always complainging in they did not get a low price. Low price mentality people should go to some of those low end salons and quit complaining.

I was fed up with my «long» shoulder length hair giving me grief after the first day of humidity this year. Driving home from work I passed Visage and decided to call about making an appointment. Much to my surprise they had a spot open in a half hour so I took a leap of faith and went in! I am SO glad I did!
When I first entered I was greeted immediately and asked if I had ever been to the salon before. With it being my first time, I was given a tour. Super nice facility! Every amenity has it’s own area in the salon separated by glass doors. The massage area looked very tranquil. That’s next on my «to do» list!
I showed my stylist, Thu, a picture of my hair from over a year ago with an inverted Bob style and she ran with it. I have never been more in love with my hair style!!! Not to mention she was an angel! I mentioned I had just gotten off work and was ready to get home and unwind and she immediately asked if I would like some wine. Heaven! :) I will recommend her to any of my friends/​family!

I love coming here! They have everything you could need to be pampered. Laura does amazing nails and is hilarious and interesting to talk to. Kate always cuts and colors my hair. She also does an amazing updo! Just showed her a picture and she imitated it perfectly. And the owner, Lee, is a joy to be around. My husband always goes to him. He’s funny, full of life and is always smiling. And they serve you wine and champagne too! Can’t beat that!

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but my hair stylist, Kate Johnston, is just the best and deserves an awesome thank you. Kate is the best stylist I’ve ever been to. I was an anchor woman in Dallas and I am a marketing executive now, so my appearance and hair has always been important to me. Kate always gives me the perfect cut. If I come in with a picture, I leave with my hair looking exactly like the photo. She always recommends the perfect products and works with me so that I know how to style my hair and use my products. She has worked to help me purchase salon gifts for my friends and family so that they also have the perfect products to attain the look they want. She is always available by phone and I have no problems ever getting an appointment.
I recommend Kate to all of my friends and am so happy I have found her!!!

Fantastic and very reasonably priced salon in the area. I recent came here and trusted them to chop off 6 inches of my beautiful hair. I was definitely pleased with the results… and the multiple compliments I received from friends afterwards didn’t hurt either.
For a fairly busy salon, I’m always pleasantly surprised that procrastinators like me can call and get a same day appointment. I recommend being super-​duper friendly when greeting your stylist so that you can get an extra awesome scalp massage when they wash your hair.
