Kevin’s experience has been gained with projects in Texas, Florida, and California.

The day-​to-​day maintenance and improvement of a portfolio of million dollar properties is what launched Kevin into a market where excellence was expected and had to be delivered.

Kevin’s skills are born from hands-​on experience in multiple trades from foundations to finishes. His strong suits are organization of the jobs and effective communication with the clients and tradesmen on the projects. These attributes are essential to any project if it is to be successful.
