Venetian Blind Carpet One Floor & Home

After searching around to replace our old carpet, we decided to check out this place. From the start, we were treated with the utmost customer service (Thanks, Doug!). He was very thorough on helping us find the right carpet that we wanted and took the time to explain each type. He even explained that they use thicker and better padding and a «healthy living» process of installation. You can also borrow samples back home to match colors and they have plenty to choose from in different price ranges. They do have pricier options, but they usually have sales going on through the year.
Luckily for us, Doug did multiple follow-​ups and actually told us about a promotion for the Karastan carpets that we wanted. We decided to go w/​it and he even came out to the house the day of installation to explain everything to the installation guys. The installation guys also were really nice and did a great job on the installation, taking them a full day to install.
Overall, we were a bit hesitant since it was a bit over our budget, but we are happy and really satisfied with the great customer service, quality of the carpet, and end result of how it looks!

We purchased laminate flooring for out entire upstairs and kitchen and bath countertops and they installed them. It was a nightmare and we need to hire someone else to fix the mistakes. We spent thousands of dollars with them.
They put down and took up our flooring 5 times! We even paid them extra to level the floors and it still looks like crap. On the 5^th try the brought in their ‘best guy’ but it looks so bad we will have to replace it. The kitchen countertop has gaps where the two sections meet and the backsplash is crooked.
Five months after the job the own came by and looked at the work and apologized up and down and said they would get their ‘best guy’ out to fix everything. It has been two months since he came out and we can’t get anyone here to do anything.
