I was a huge fan until I bought my second vape pen. My first one didn’t work (Which I bought from them) so I bought another one… that one didn’t work either. Leaked like crazy after about one week. Ego One which is a pretty good brand. No returns, no exchanges. Nothing for selling me a bad product. And they really are not the friendliest of people either. There are so many shops like this around. I would certainly check other places out first. And I agree with the other reviews. They do not have much in stock.

All the gals that work there are super sweet! Always help me find exactly what I want, never left that store upset. I give them a 5!

Generally unhelpful and, like other reviews indicated, nothing in stock. Left without buying anything and feeling generally put out.

Very scarce selection of everything from starter kits all the way to mechanicals along with juices, & to top it off the staff wasn’t very helpful at all. It’s a shame, this store actually used to be very good.

I found this place over a year ago with a friend. Both trying to quit smoking. At first the girls that work there were kind of snobby. The more we went they became nicer. They have a huge variety and mix them fresh in front of you. Make sure you ask about the card that gives you discounts because if you don’t ask they will not give it to you. You have to remind them when you check out.

Well I give them credit for having a tasting bar. They don’t keep much in stock. I came in for their premium juices. They were sold out of 6 types that I wanted. They had maybe 3 – 4 bottles stocked in each premium brand. I vape 6mg and in any flavor I wanted they were either out had 0mg or 18mg available. If you say your going to carry a designer brand at least keep it in stock! Especially if I came in for 5 Pawns, Gambit. That’s their most popular and y’all only had 2 bottles neither in my Nic level.
Also you may want to hire some people that actually look like they want to be working. They seemed like they just woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
Houston you have a problem, your vape scene is lacking!

There juice selections are OK I just didn’t like their customer service. Every time I come into the shop, it gets awkward and I’m assuming its because they don’t know much about the products or juice lines. The girls there just greet and smile without any customer interaction or enthusiasm to help. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location just because every time I walk out its in disappointment.

I enjoyed going here for a while. Customer service is not outstanding. Pretty much the same as the average vape shop. They are smart with their promotions. They make you want to come back when you find out 2 days from when you go in they are having a 20% off sale and are giving free beer!
One time I bought an Igo-​3 and nobody knew how to build a quad build. That’s when I had to switch vape shops.

My experience at vapor trading company had always been great! They are very knowledgable about the world of vapors. I remember walking in to the shop when I first began vaping– their friendly staff taught me all about vaping. From the variety of vaping devices to the variety of vaping juice, they helped me through it all!
I highly suggest this place whether you are curious about vaporizers or your an enthusiast that wants a better vaping experience

Ill give them a 4 star. I took a couple of folks in here who had just gotten started vaping. When we showed up there were 4 or 5 girls behind the counter who didnt really know what the heck was going on. The shop was pretty much out of all of the juice from other companies such as space jam and a few others. They mix their own juice here at the shop as well, which I dont like personally due to the possibility of inconsistency but if it works, it works. While I was in there a guy came in stoked because he just bought a Kayfun and wanted it built so he could use it. The girl behind the counter looked at it like it was an alien and said I dont know what that is or how to build it. The others didnt even have the first clue. I ended up building it for the guy right there. The foundation of a good shop is customer service and product knowledge and I think that could use some work. The shop does have a tasting table for drippers which I did like and its in a good location. To the owner or managers, I would advise you to make sure that the person running the shop has knowledge enough to do rebuilds and that they know about the juice lines. The shop is clean and they do carry a bunch of flavors. Decent shop… it did the job.

This use to be my favorite vapor spot in Houston until my visit yesterday. The gentleman helping me was more than great… However the other three females working were less than professional. I guess they assumed I didn’t speak Spanish but they were talking about me RIGHT in front of my face. Doesn’t take away from their products. Just not happy with my experience.

I like the selection at this location and the staff are very nice and knowledgeable about their juices. I will be back for a modified vapor and juices.

I really like this place, the house juices are nice and the price is not crazy. There are not alot of places on Houston and this is s nice place. the two ladies that were in there were pleasant and helpful. Going back

Excellent store. They have my favorite brand of e-​liquid and all the hardware i usually use. Their employees are great at explaining stuff and very knowledgable

Came in to being greeted by smiles. Felt good to learn more and more. Theres an area in the rear area where you can sample a plethora of juices, not even just the house juice (which are fantastic) but even Five Pawns, Space Jam and other high end juices even samples that theyre thinking of carrying based off user opinion.
These guys make the experience of vaping a better one, by teaching you and even giving you a 30 day no hassle policy. They want you to be happy with your Vape gear what ever it is. Even while sampling their juices I could tell they were enthused to help everyone that came in through the door.

Came here after I had lackluster service at B.C. Smokeshop in my area, and was given a dud tank.
Entered and was greeted with smiles from the two people working, and immediately felt welcomed.
These guys tested my unit, gave me the bad news and then educated me on the different tanks they offer. As a new vaper, this was awesome. Ended up buying the kanger protank II mini which came with 2 coils, and they sell the refill coils for $ 2.50 apparently.
Though it seems pretty stark at first, these guys are filled with everything you could possibly need. They have house flavors and sell Five Pawns, Fusion, Holy Smokes, the Standard, Jameson, and Blue Print and even have a taste bar, something I hadn’t seen before which is awesome as it gives you the chance to make sure you’re not wasting money on a flavor you’ll end up regretting. :]
Will definitely be sticking with these guys for any future purchases, even if I live in the cypress area, where we are seriously lacking on vaping-​only stores.

I felt like I owned this place because customer service was so great. I picked up the Blueprint Atrain, so yummy! I’ll be back!

When you first walk in the place seems a little barebones, but they have everything you could need to get into an e-​cig of any caliber. The selection of oils is staggering and their inventory of units covers everything from low end e-​cigs to high end mechanical mods. Prices are reasonable, and customer service was top notch. They answered all my questions and when I had to come back with concerns the next day they addressed all the issues I was having without any hesitation.
