Vacations To Go

Response to review response from Kimberly A. from Vacations to go. I understans prices are subject to change… However, if you will go back and «read» my review, you will see that
this was not the situation. Your price stated it was ‘ALL INCLUSIVE FOR MEALS, DRINKS, ETC.’ but, this was an error from Vac. to Go as price was for hotel only.
Unfortunate as I spent all morning getting air reservation and convincing our friends to tak advantage of your trip to Ixtapa as well.

Once AGAIN we used Vacations To Go book a cruise, this time for a 7 day Caribbean cruise on Celebrity. Our Travel Consultant Bud Abbot did a great job helping us get a great deal (better than booking directly with Celebrity) and additional on board credit that Celebrity did not offer.
When I called VTG on what was Bud’s day off I was assisted by another Travel Consultant that was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me with airline and hotel information.
Vacations To Go will be working with us for our next cruise in 2017!

If your a SOLO vacationer, don’t waste your time on this company. They treat you like Cruise Lines do as what they call «Spoilage» !! Don’t want your business and don’t reply to emails either.

Vacations to Go is a great company to book discounted cruises. They have last minute deals, and I found the agents very professional. The website
is especially easy to use. Our agent Crystal was great and our cruise was perfect.

Folks, it just doesn’t get any better than with Vacations To Go and Travel Counselor, Diego Aristizabal. Mr. Aristizabal is familiar with your destinations, cabin numbers on various ships and just about anything you may have a question on, he can answer. I have used his «expertise» for years He is thorough, to the point, never in a rush to get you off of the telephone, and is absolutely great on details and follow ups. I have found Vacations To Go to have the best overall deals and fantastic service. To be quite honest, when I decide to take a trip, I never consider anyone other than VTG and Diego Aristizabal. These two, put together, are a real class act!

Excellent Service. We have been using VTG for most of our cruise reservations for the last 3 years. The staff are very professional and helpful. VTG did a good job in listing and comparing the price and features of all the cruises. They are easy to reach, even on weekends. It is sure a one stop place.

I have consistently used
to check out cruise deals and prices. Except for a few instances where the ship lowered the price, vacations to go was the best deal. In addition, they also give you extra on-​board credit in addition to the ship’s credit. The staff is most helpful, professional, and friendly. They always answer my emails or call backs. For the best value and peace of mind, I highly recommend you use
for your travel needs. They gave a convenient app you can download.

Everything went well! Only issue was for some reason had us on designated dining and not anytime! Other than that everything great would recommend Vacations to Go!

If you want to go on a cruise for the least amount possible you need to use Vacations to Go! They will take the time to help you plan the best vacation. They really know what they are doing. Ask for Liam, he is great!

I’m a huge fan of VTG. I generally book luxury (e.g. Silversea), upmarket (e.g. Azamara) and upper category (e.g. suites on HAL) and have always had a terrific, seamless experience with a VTG luxury specialist representative.
Part of having a great experience is knowing what we want in a cruise vacation and having realistic expectations of what our specialist can deliver. We have never been disappointed with VTG and look forward to booking a Singapore-​Hong Kong or Panama cruise with them within the year.

I absolutely love this site! The staff are professional, prompt at returning calls, and very helpful overall. I’ve gone on a couple of wonderful cruises booked by them and it was simple and hassle free. The prices are phenomenal and last minute cruises are one of their specialties. Both Francyla Meade and Tink Tinker were great! I’m looking forward to my next destination which will be within a few months. I highly recommend Vacations to Go!

I have used Vacations To Go for ocean cruises, river cruises, and land tours. Their service is outstanding, and they have saved me money every time.
Depending on what type of vacation you are interested in, you will be assigned to a travel specialist in that area. I have always, without exception, found their employees to be very responsive to my phone calls and emails. Virtually, always, your questions will be answered the same day you leave a voice mail or send an email. Often, the actual travel agent will pick up the phone the instant you call.
I love the way Vacations To Go keeps you informed every step of the way. They treat you like a valued customer and take time to get to know you. Travel documents are sent out quickly, and you are always kept informed of every little detail, as they occur.
They seem to always arrange for credit to my account, and the credit appears from the first day I check on board a boat or ship, or into a hotel. Their agents are very knowledgeable and are an excellent source of information about your destination. I use Jake Hyland for ocean cruises, and he is such an excellent source of information that he can advise me what to do upon boarding my ship, such as making spa or dinner reservations and what shore excursions to go on. I used Fran Davis for a recent river cruise, and she arranged for an excellent trip insurance plan and gave me excellent inside advice about the boat I would be on. Also, she arranged for a $ 100 credit to our on board account.
