History

Established in 2015.

Our main clinic is located in the Texas Medical Center and this satellite clinic was established in 2015 as a more convenient location for those outside of the central Houston area. We offer comprehensive ophthalmology care for patient, which includes: glasses and soft contact lens prescriptions, cataract evaluation and surgery, glaucoma management, dry eye treatment, diabetic eye exams, and much more.

Janet L.

Manager

Janet M Lim, M.D., M.B.A., assistant professor of ophthalmology, joined the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at UTHealth Medical School in October of 2014.

Dr. Lim received her bachelor’s in Biological Science at the University of California, Irvine. She stayed at UCIrvine to complete a dual degree in medicine and business. She then went to the University of Illinois at Chicago to complete her residency in ophthalmology.

Dr. Lim is board eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds membership in the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Her interest include comprehensive adult ophthalmic care, including cataract surgery, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
