The owner, Marc, is very personable and thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions.
On the day of the service, though, the workers were three hours late… when they finally arrived, the worker in charge left right away because he had to go to the home improvement store for a piece of equipment. He was gone for three hours.
The work was performed okay, but I am very disappointed in the delays. Also I was very disappointed that I was not contacted following the service to see if I was satisfied.
