Catherine offers one-​on-​one and group tutoring for students of all ages. Clients can expect an individualized approach while covering content. As a Certified Biology Teacher, Catherine enjoys helping students with science content. In the summer Catherine offers SAT prep, Preview to Biology, Preview to Chemistry, and K-​5 Skills Review classes for small groups.

History

Established in 2010.

Catherine has been tutoring students and peers since she was in middle school. After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Education at the University of Connecticut, Catherine began tutoring students in Massachusetts while teaching High School Biology. In June of 2012 Catherine moved to Houston, TX where she taught Middle School Science and continued to tutor. She now works full time as a tutor for students of all ages.

Thanks for visiting my Yelp Business Page! I am a private tutor who would love to work with you or your student. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Environmental Science from the College of William and Mary and a Master’s Degree in Education from The University of Connecticut. My philosophy about education is that ALL students can learn. I work with students to identify areas where they struggle and to develop strategies for overcoming these issues. I’ve tutored many subjects for students ages 5 and older. I would be honored to work with you or your student.
