History

Established in 2014.

The owner, Mike Rodriguez, has always had a passion for cooking and dancing. He owned a successful dance studio for 7 years. I would say, his success came from his ability to break down the steps in a manner that 90% of students comprehended. Now he decided to do the same for cooking.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Cuban’s take their food very seriously. Cooking is considered an art and is passed down by show-and-tell, fairly young in life. My mom being born in Cuba and her heritage coming from Spain, French and Italian she taught me to cook from scratch with fresh ingredients with a variety of flavors and cooking technique. I began cooking at a young age, helping my mother out when she didn’t feel well. I found myself drawn to cooking and by the age of 14 I was cooking pretty much everyday for my family. By the age of 22 I began to venture out and started to cook a mixture of Caribbean, Indian, Mexican, American, Asian and Mediterranean.

Now, I want to share a bit of what my mother taught me with you. If i was able to learn and cook when when i was a child I believe I can teach you how to become a great cook.
