History

Established in 2006.

Tracey Law Firm has been representing injured victims from day one. In 2007, Tracey won a $ 5.2 million dollar verdict in a mesothelioma case and in 2009, Tracey successfully litigated the first Paxil birth defect case in Kilker vs GSK, resulting in a $ 2.5 million award for his client. Tracey has received over 10 multi-​million dollar verdicts and named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the Nation.

Sean Tracey is a board certified Personal Injury and Civil Trial Attorney with over 20 years of experience trying cases and obtaining verdics and settlements on behalf of injured clients in Texas and nationwide.

Tracey’s law career began in a small Texas town on the Gulf Coast, advocating for the rights of those suffering from personal injuries. His extensive experience in the areas of pharmaceutical litigation, product liability, personal injury, toxic tort, mesothelioma/​benzene, medical malpractice, and maritime/​Jones Act has led Tracey to obtain 10 multi-​million dollar verdicts over his tenure as an attorney.

Tracey is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the American Association for Justice in which he is a member of the Products Liability Section and the Environmental & Pharmaceutical Torts Section. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of trial techniques, epidemiology, and science in the courtroom
