These people are completely incompetent. I made an appointment and they called to confirm it at 11AM the day before. When I called at 12:15PM to make sure they had received my faxed order, they had no record of me or my appointment. I would never trust anyone so incompetent with my medical records. Morons! Don’t go here!

No woman yearns to go here. But every woman, once they reach a certain age, is compelled to do just that. When only 5 to 10 percent of breast cancer cases are thought to be hereditary, that leaves the remaining 90 to 95 percent of women as open game. A mammogram takes 30 minutes here; it’s coupled with a warm attitude, extreme dignity and a sense of security. What’s not to like? I have been coming to this location for quite a few years, and I actually have a bit of history with them. Without going into minute details, I will let it be known that every tech and doctor that I have encountered here was wonderful. At a time when I needed compassion, comfort, assurance and guidance, I was provided exactly what made me feel at ease and move on to the next step. Referrals for physicians they provide are superb. Annual screenings now are effortless. The imaging equipment TOPS now has is outstanding, as its now much more sensitive and thorough. It’s also not quite as uncomfortable! Appointments are easily made; the front desk is courteous and friendly. Paperwork that you have to fill out now is actually just an update of what they have in your records from before(oh, joy!), so there’s no more filling out the long form with all of your information like before. Thirty minutes to potentially save my life — once a year? Hell, yeah!
