Tires By Design

We normally go to the Seabrook location, but due to a flat tire from road debris, I went to the Space Center location. I was at a gas station close by and needed some help getting the tire off and didn’t have the proper tools. They sent an employee to the gas station to help me and didn’t charge me a dime. He took out the spare tire, replaced it and did it all with a smile! If the Seabrook location didn’t sell me on this company, the extra step the Space Center location took today in providing awesome customer service did! We ended up buying all new tires for our truck from them today! I will never go to Discount Tire again!

Great guys! Know their stuff on tires! Have aftermarket oversized off-​road tires on my lifted truck. They trouble shot my problem and gave me solution that was not beneficial to their company but was honest. Will go back.

Ok but seriously, came back today because I was fortunate enough to driver over a nail/​sharp screw… And they fixed my flat without charging me. Absolutely best customer service. They remember me by name, and constantly communicate with me. Love love love this place.

Great customer service! And very reasonable prices! Micheal was very helpful and very friendly! Would recommend them to anyone for any tire issues! Clean facility even shop was clean! Also was closing time and they fixed my tire after business hours! Also they hand torque!

I don’t know where to start with these guys, they’re flawless from beginning to end. The first time I went here I was amazed by the customer service from Miguel and everyone else, even the owner. I came for 2 simple tires and Miguel explained the difference in tire brands, the style, and the how one is better than another… and believe it or not he sold me a cheaper, less expensive brand, whereas Discount would try and sell me the most expensive. That’s just my first experience in a nutshell. The second time I just needed a nail taken out of my tire and possibly a patch. I asked if they accepted check because my debit card had expired and I didn’t notice and the owner kindly told me his guys will take care of it FREE OF CHARGE. The nail ended up not having pierced the tire but was sort of stuck sideways… so they checked for leaks and I was good to go.
My third experience was when I was blown away. I came back to get my air pressure checked and TPMS reset… simple right? These guys were determined to put the right pressure on my tires (because they’re aftermarket this having different pressure than the stock tires) and go figure everytime I went to Discount Tire they went off of the stock pressure from inside the door which is wrong. That’s not even the shocker, after they put air and reset my TPMS system they started to armorall my tires and clean all 4 rims. I JUST CAME FOR AIR!!! Maybe this isn’t that big a deal to some but I can assure you no other company is so eager to please the customer and make sure they leave extremely satisfied even with something so simple as checking air pressure. I can easily say I have never gone anywhere and received such amazing customer service… and it’s extremely difficult to find in the auto business. This isn’t just one or two but every single one of their employees. They don’t look like theyre dragging ass or seem like they don’t wanna be there. They seem knowledgable and excited to work and give great service. I will be back whenever I can possibly give them business.

I drove all the way from Tomball, TX at the recommendation of a friend and was NOT disappointed. This had to be the easiest, most pleasant tire purchase I’ve ever experienced! Great price, SUPER NICE facility and the staff was AMAZINGLY nice! I already handed out three business cards at a dinner party tonight. It was worth the drive and I will definitely do it again when I need tires for my other vehicle.

i love this place. they were refered to me by garnett motorcars whom i purchased a car from. they got me in and out very quick. much faster than my previous waits at discount tire. not to mention they put nitrogen in my tires, so that when the weather changes i dont have to put air in the tires anymore.
