Tire & Wheel Connection

Customer Service was horrible. I walked into the place and circled the store before anyone said hello. I was goin in with about 5k to get rims and tired for my Jeep. I guess they dont like money at this place. Ill take my business elsewhere.

The first time I went into this place I purchased a set of wheels and tires for around $ 3000. Not only did they tell me that they had broken and replaced one of my sensors, I also had to go back 3 times before they were able to balance the wheels correctly. That should have been a sign.
Last week I needed tires again and I was quoted a price online, then charged $ 100 more when I walked in (which the manager basically told me that they could charge whatever they wanted). Not only were the tires out of balance AGAIN when I left, 3 days after I paid $ 1100 for tires one of the tires had 4.5 lbs of air in it. I found air leaking from the valve stem and went back to get the problem fixed on Saturday to find out that they weren’t open on the weekends. I returned today to resolve the issue. When I arrived and they removed the tire I found out that the air sensor which they told me that they had «fixed» was missing a rubber grommet and was attached with a wire. At that point the «friendly» manager, Jack, basically told me that they didn’t do that that and that they don’t know who has been working on my wheels.
After pretty much calling me a liar to my face he told me that they would not be replacing the tire that I had been driving on 4.5 lbs of air before I found the problem because it was I that had «let the tire run flat» in 3 days. It was only after I had threatened to call Amex to get my money back that he had his guys put on a new tire. Once they corrected the problem and I left the rear tires were more out of balance then they were before I got there. This guy should obviously not be managing a service oriented business. For a place that their only job is to replace and balance tires, these guys do an extremely poor job. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only place to go. Will quote over the phone, no upselling and all the people there have worked there for years. I have bought 20 sets of tires at TWC over the years.

I have been using Tire & Wheel connection since 2007. I first went here in search of new wheels for my vehicle and picked them because it was so close to my house. I had such a good experience that I have now gone for multiple sets of tires, tire pressure sensors, and wheel cap replacements.
I have called around to multiple places asking for prices and Tire and Wheel Connection always has the best pricing. For example the dealership was going to charge me $ 130.00 to replace a tire sensor. Tire and Wheel connection just charged me the price of the part $ 65.00 and changed it for me while they were rotating my tires. It is reasons like this that I will only go to them now.
I have worked with multiple personnel and all have been friendly, polite, and helpful. I no longer live in this area but make the drive up to Northwest Houston just to use them!
