When I arrived at my first visit, I was feeling very stuck in multiple areas of my life. Tina Marie showed me how I was sabotaging my goals and then she gave me lots of very useful tools, exercises and goals challenges to help push me out of lull I was in. It’s been a huge opportunity to look within and see why I chose some of the self limiting and destructive behaviors I chose. She’s given me the tools to start moving past my self-​imposed, limiting beliefs and break through the barricades I’ve created. I’d leave my sessions feeling inspired and motivated and I still do. I am a wife, a mother and busy building a start-​up, –not easy. Tina Marie gets it. She’s been there done that many times, successfully. There are people I feel thankful for, usually comprised of close family and friends. However, rarely someone new and unexpected enters this realm and Tina Marie is just that. We met in December. After a few friendly phone conversations where she listened to me vent about my frustrations, I realized she was like a guiding light, a valuable resource I couldn’t pass up.
