History

Established in 1970.

Fred Risk was the builder of many apartment complexes in the area.

Three Fountains III was his last to be built on Fountain View.

We have wonderful ambiance as he used many European designs in his building. We have residents who have moved away and have come back as they say we are a really fine place to call home.

I have now been here nine years and the staff going on 7 years.

We have a wonderful team and try to expand that to taking care of our residents.

Our property is 44 years young.

Cesar, Jesus and Maria are always helping residents beyond the call of duty. Gail and myself continue on that avenue of helping people with employment, residents who are new to Houston

We are a caring community that is what we are all about.
