Thirteen was something born out of desire. We love to eat and we also find everything culinary fascinating. In addition to this, we are obsessed with mini things. We always went around eating desserts wishing everything could be mini so that every bite would be the ideal one. If everything was mini, the world might be a little more amazing. Come and find out what a Thirteen mini is all about, but don’t let the cute fool you. We are small in size, but big on flavor.

This is usually where we would write a long impressive personal history, but we don’t feel like that is necessary. We both worked in restaurants and we both do other stuff wildly unrelated to food. Some of it interesting, lots of it, not so much. Here is what is important. Short time culinary students, long time fans of anything tasty. Done. And if the latter describes you too, we will probably get along famously.
