I went a couple weeks ago to deliver a package and my friend still hasn’t received it so I called them yesterday because I didn’t have my tracking number and the lady was very rude and said«call back in 20 minutes because I’m helping other people». I guess no one else was available to talk to me but if they were busy she should have atleast put me on hold or something. I ended up not calling back until today and the lady that helped me was just as rude. Her voice was different so it was another lady giving me attitude for no reason. She kept sighing like she was annoyed with me. She ended up finding my tracking number but not after being rude and saying stuff like«I’ll try to look for it but I can’t guarantee anything». This ups needs to train their staff on proper phone etiquette. This ups is closest to me but after this I’m taking my services somewhere else.

I was in the store today, while there a male employee was extremely rude to another customer and to an employee. He was saying things like«Well don’t take so long logging the package then!» When the employee was in the middle of helping the customer log a package, he even went over and closed it out before she was done logging it. The new management has not been the greatest either! Every employee is rude and nasty to customers and to each other! Only one employee seemed happy to be there and help… I think her name is Amy. I hope the owner gets in there and fixes these problems because that store has been going down hill since July of 2014… If nothing is fixed I hope they lose business and are forced to shut the doors for good.

Not impressed with the service I received. As we walked in the service rep, Natasha made eye contact but refused to say hello. I placed my box of AT&T equipment on the counter and I said, «I have an equipment return.» I was not expecting a response but what I got was a sigh and an eye roll. Throughout the process of the return Natasha was short and unfriendly. As she placed my receipt in front of me she said, «Sign this… and take your empty box.» I signed and asked politely if she wouldn’t mind throwing it away for me. She responded«We don’t have any room.» I took my box and will be taking my business elsewhere.
