Born and raised in Houston, Texas Kirk A. Chargois’ dream to practice law was realized when after graduating law school (having already taken and passed the Texas Bar Exam) Kirk began working on behalf of personal injury clients. Through that work, Kirk began Estate Planning and Probate work on behalf of those clients, and it was in this area where he found his niche.

Kirk is a Veteran of the US Army’s 82^nd Airborne Division. He is also a former Peace Officer; having worked for the Harris County Sheriff Department for 12 years prior to attending law school.

Kirk is divorced and is the proud parent of two teen-​aged children, a daughter and son respectively. It is through his relationship with his children that Kirk finds the most joy and fulfillment.

Over the years, Kirk has gained a vast amount of real-​world knowledge and professional experience. He is proud to be able to use that knowledge and experience on behalf of his clients; the clients of Kirk A. Chargois, P. C
