Business Owner

Scott has experience at being both a law firm partner and corporate in-​house counsel in his 35 years of handling legal disputes. He has successfully handled cases in the oil and gas, real estate, construction, import, manufacturing, architecture, engineering, banking, accounting, securities, sports and medical industries, to name a few, involving issues of contract and liability disputes, fraud, company organization, collections, employment, environmental matters, products and production disputes, and other litigation and pre-​litigation matters. Mr. Cunningham has handled cases at both the trial and appellate court levels, and is well versed in working in both state and federal forums.
