Texas Radiator Muffler & Brake At Fuqua

I arrived at this «muffler» shop at 9:45 am on December 31^st 2013 and wanted to have MUFFLERS installed on my car. As I arrived I observed one of the employees carrying breakfast into the office from the donut shop located next to the muffler shop. I entered the office and waited for several minutes before one of the 5 employees (who were all doing nothing) asked what I needed. I told them I needed some mufflers installed on my car and was immediately asked to wait 5 minutes. They took the bag of breakfast food into a back office to eat. When they emerged one of them followed me to my car and I explained what I needed done. He left and a different employee (who did speak English) returned to ask what I needed. I repeated my desire to have mufflers installed on my car and he told me «you know, we charge $ 95 an hour and this will be at least 2 hours. But, he said, «this is the end of the year and we r waiting for bigger jobs». I said «if you don’t want my business just tell me». He said «ok, thank you» and he returned to his office. I’m not sure why this business is open but apparently they already have plenty of customers and I was the only one there
