Texas Auto Title Service

Every other place I went to, they wanted to charge me over 300 dollars for title transfer and I had to pick up the title from them. My car is a 98 Honda. Not that expensive. I came here to Texas Auto Title. No hassle, quick and friendly service. Plus my title will be mailed to me. I highly recommend this place.

Worst customer service. Ever. They actually made me cry! Please please don’t waste your time on them. Whatever you have to do, do it yourself. I gave them to transfer my title exactly two weeks ago today. Usually you can get it done within one day. I need this ASAP and they know how urgent this matter is. Every single time I called, they said they couldn’t get it done because something was wrong with my title, needed a business card, etc. When I provided them with everything they were requesting, they told me it got denied again and they are working on fixing the issue. I was also told that I will have my title today by 10:00 A.M. (I need the title today for personal reasons). It is 10:30 A.M. and they still don’t have an update for me. Yesterday, Mohammad Rana gave me his cellphone number and told me to call him TODAY around 9:30 a.m. I called him… and he said to call him in 5 mins. I called him in 15 mins. He yelled at me saying why do you keeping calling every 5 mins? I will call you once its ready. Don’t keep calling every 5 mins here and asking what is the update and he hung up on me!!! Well, first of all, why would you give me your cellphone number? You know how urgent my matter is! I am giving them 30 more mins. If they don’t call me, I am going to go there myself! I am so frustrated right now. Please don’t go to them. Save yourself!!!
