My car was unwittingly towed here after an accident. It was the towing horror story everyone fears. I was told nothing but lies the entire time they had my car in an effort to keep it on their premises, all the time accruing ‘storage’ charges. They charged over $ 40 per day PLUS a $ 250 administrative charge. We tried unsuccessfully for over a week to get it out and they kept changing their story on why it couldn’t be released. At one point the owner (Mike Jumaa) was yelling abuse at me over the phone. They are renowned for this kind of activity. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
