Multiple bad experiences. We went in looking to purchase a Can Am Maverick XMR. They didn’t have the model we were looking for so the salesman scratched our name on a piece of paper and said he would call us when he got one in. Never called months and months later. No follow up. No interest in our business. Nothing.
We went in AGAIN and spoke to them about the same purchase and told them about what happened last time. Still didn’t have the model nor did they call us back again. They officially lost a 21,000 $ purchase.
Called them a couple weeks ago looking for a lift kit for the XMR we purchased from a different dealer. Parts guy on the phone said let me take your number down and I’ll call u back in a few minutes when I check the inventory. Never received a call.
These people do not give a damn about their customer. Please do not give them your support.

I took my 2014 Victory Cross Country to these guys for a small warranty repair issue. Somehow over the course of the time it was there and during the maintenance work the tank and other part of the bike were scratched up pretty good. Naturally I was about as angry and disappointed as I could be. The Service Manager and the General Manager of the dealer assured me over and over they could fix the problem and they apologized over and over. I pretty much stormed out of there.
Three days later the General Manager himself delivered my motorcycle to my home personally. He took personal responsibility for the inconvenience and believe it or not, the motorcycle looks better after they fixed it than when I took it in. They polished and detailed every square inch of that bike and even repaired a couple of scratches and wear areas that were my fault. The bike literally looked like a show bike from top to bottom. Chrome, paint, everything! While it sounds like an exaggeration, it looked better than the day I brought it home new.
They were very friendly to work with, they took full responsibility for their actions, and they treated my bike like it was their own. I would recommend using this dealership. They have definitely earned my trust. Sometimes sh*t happens. When the dealer steps up above and beyond and makes it right, that is a big deal and really matters.
