I’m so glad my «home» credit union (Lake Jackson, TX) has spread her wings and grown in and around the Houston area! We live north of Houston now, but today are in Houston. So good to be able to bank around town now! Always fast and friendly.

I just moved and had to order new checks. I sent them an online message with the new address and they sent me a message back that they were ordered. Then they charged my account $ 13.81 without notifying me there would be ANY charge.

This bank is terrible the customer service inside May be personable and they may put on a great front of how they are there for YOU. However, once a member there is nothing but issues, all of there employees are not properly informed and what one will tell you the other will tell you something different and swear that the other person doesn’t know what they are talking about. Don’t even bother calling them it’ll be a waste of your time, and hidden fees? Oh yes they will change the amount of fees or change there policy without informing you until it’s the day you talk to them and then notice something’s different. Overall horrible guest relations. They can’t even remember my name and I’ve had to speak with then multiple times a week over the course of a year just to resolve a simple transaction. Save yourself some time and find a much better bank.

This location is great! They come up to you and ask you how you can be helped. They answer all your questions and they make you want to be there banking with them. Go here and not to a big name bank if you want personalized service.
