Terrible service, very RUDE customer service I would give them a zero stars if I could. I dropped of a pair of jeans Friday afternoon, i told the young man, I wanted them starched and creased. He assured me they would be and I could pick them up Saturday after 4. When I got to the cleansers, first they could not find my jeans. Second, once they did found them, they were not starched or creased. I told them, what I wanted, one lady said, I had to come and pick them up Monday if that’s what I wanted. I told her, I needed them for tonight. Why make a promise if you can keep. Never, will I go back there again. I am going to stick to my regular cleansers.

Came here with great expectations having never heard anything bad about them but as soon as I got my shirts back there were around 3 – 4 buttons just missing and 2 were completely broken. This is the first time that’s happened despite visiting before. A fluke maybe but they did charge me which wasn’t great customer service at all.
