Worst Subway ever. Stale overbaked bread. Employees barely speak English. Sodas and water in cooler lukewarm. Guacamole so spicy that it had no avocado taste. Hardly anyone in here: bad sign at lunch hour. Don’t get me wrong: I love me some Subway when it’s fresh and good. This, not so much.

My friend came to this Subway to get lunch and saw not one but two roaches run through all the vegetables while they were making his sandwich. The lady making the sandwich then offered it to him for free so he asked her if she would eat it and her response was«no». I’ve walked by on one other occasion and saw a roach on the floor behind the counter thru the window. It’s a shame cause it’s right by our office but now no one will eat there.

This location is right next to my office building so I go here often on my lunch break. I’d had perfectly adequate experiences here until just a few weeks ago, when it seems like they changed management. The last two Saturdays in a row, it’s taken 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Not only that, but the staff does not communicate well with the customer. I had to repeat my order three or four times before the employee got it right, and I never order odd sandwiches. The staff does not manage their time well at all and obviously do not know how to properly handle a line of customers. The woman finishing the sandwiches decided that she would finish a sandwich, and instead of let the customer pay for their food and sit down, would move on to the next sandwich. The first was sitting on the counter for quite some time as the employee just kept finishing sandwiches and not finalizing orders. The woman ahead of me ended up leaving without her sandwich because she was so exasperated with the lack of service. This location used to be great. Hopefully they can learn how to actually deal with customers so that it can be great again. The food is still standard Subway quality, which is the only redeeming trait of this location.
