If I was basing my review on JUST the doctor, she would have 5 stars. She is VERY gentle and professional. However, her business model is lacking. She explained that I needed treatment but she never mentioned a duration of treatment. When the front desk pushes you to come back once a week, those $ 35 copays get EXPENSIVE. My suggestion would be to be more aware of copay costs, have more clarity when explaining treatment, and not pressure the patient to come in as often. I was also getting weary of the same-ol’ muscle stim and spinal alignments each time.

I have gone to Dr Stephens off and on for years. She has a gentle, kind approach and years of experience. They can usually see you promptly. She usually will suggest stretches to use between sessions or other modalities. Very generous, ethical medical professional. I have sent alot of people to her.

I simply called to have a conversation about scheduling an appointment. This office was listed on United Healthcare as an in Network provider. The Office Manager took my call and was the rudest person I have dealt with in a LONG time. She, asked me about 5 questions in 12 seconds and did not let me answer anything. She ended with«I’m not supposed to even take new patients this week so good luck.» and then hung up the phone !!! I’m still shocked.
