Established in 1966.

Donald and Valerie Condon created Statue Makers in 1966, a family owned and operated business that has been serving Houstonians for over 40 years. Statue Makers specializes in fountains & garden statuary reproductions with the look of aged stone.

You will find her daily at Statue Makers helping customers, making molds, working on new pieces, creating new finishes, and helping clients find the perfect piece for their home or garden.

Hidden gem in SB.
I drove by and stopped randomly one day, never heard of it before, and wow, was I surprised. This place is incredible. So many beautiful statues along a rock landscaped pathway surrounding a house. There are all types of statues — benches, bird baths, animals, angels, Buddist/​Asian, water fountains, stepping stones… I smelled incense burning near the Asian/​Buddhist area and the sound of water falling from the fountains, omg, so lovely.
It’s a beautiful hidden oasis. Did not expect from parking in the front. I love when that happens.
The prices are great, nearly half of what you would find elsewhere, and the owner/​employee are helpful and kind.
I’ve been back twice, bringing new people with me and everyone loves it. Such a special place!

5 isn’t enough stars for Statue Makers, nope.
My wife was looking for about a 3′ cement Madonna for a little shrine in our back yard so I did my Google homework on products & prices.
Based on the previous comment by Ellen R, we went 1st to Statue Makers and then we went home. There was simply no need to look anywhere else.
We left with EXACTLY what we were looking for: a beautiful 33.5″ Madonna (#806) and perfect base (#1012).
1. The selection was awesome of really nice statues & bases
2. Their prices were less than ½ of their competion, LESS THAN ½!!!
3. The owner Valerie was very helpful & very friendly, nearby but never hovering
4. The craftsman Jesse was also really nice and he showed me how it is done
5. The art is situated under trees and it is nice & cool, even in Houston
6. A black & white cat, Miko followed us around purring and just being friendly
I’m glad i didn’t drive a truck to Statue Makers, because my wife would have filled it. We love that place.

What an inventory! I kept thinking I had seen everything and there was always something interesting around a corner. I saw things I wanted that I never knew were on my list. Amazing assortment of relaxing fountains. You are sure to find something special and will probably have to come back to see everything. Check out the Magnolia tree that the owner planted over 35 years ago Great customer service. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly.
