This location is probably one of my favorites. Pretty large, with a really cool back room with comfortable couches. Google Starbucks Internet. Drive thru. Nothing to complain about this place. Very convenient to I-10 and other restaurants.

Seriously, I love this location. The baristas are friendly and refreshing to converse with. The layout of the store is not stuffy. The quality of the drinks they make are 90% on point; meaning the flavor is nothing par of the high standards I hold Starbucks to. *Though there were a few times my caramel macchiato is more milk than coffee or my frapp is more icy than anything.* Though the drive thru line is a bit crazy, some drivers don’t want to drive around(LAZYBUTTS) to the actually drive thru line and so they wait on the other side of the line and expect to get a spot in line. Can they not see that there are no markers of merging lanes/lines? P. S. I compared this to a few Starbucks that I have gone to more than once, especially the Fry Road and Park Row location.

We hit this Starbucks three days in a row on a recent biz trip to Houston. It is a big Starbucks with a nice drive-through which we used each day. They got our drinks right every time, were incredibly nice and cheerful and got us through the line quickly. The in and out aspect of this Starbucks is really good with a huge parking lot so that is a bonus.

This Starbucks has added Wine/Craft Beer & Small Plate meals to their menu. Also, it has a great atmosphere with a cozy back lounge area.

I’m guessing the manager dislikes non-white people lol. He was very nice and engaging to the white couple in front of me and had the longest conversation with them while there was like 6 other people in line waiting to order. When I went up to order he was very dry with me, I tried awkwardly making a joke to break the ice, he didn’t even laugh so I was like okay… it wasn’t nice

They definitely have the customer service here down pact, for my vista anyway. There food is really good and I love their coffee. They are only losing one star because I’ve been here twice and both times they forgot my managers food and drink order. The compensated him for the wait and we were on our way back to our store. Scott, the manager is a hoot. He is a great guy and always has a smile on his face. He introduced himself nicely to me sometime ago. I definitely like these guys and think they are doing a wonderful job. This is mainly directed to those working before three p.m.

Every time I’ve been here the service has been exceptional! I’ve passed by a few times on my way to work when it was clear that everyone was in need of some joe, and I’ve had to keep on moving. It’s a super convenient location, right there off I-10, so it can definitely get busy. But for the times when I had a little extra time to spare or when the line wasn’t wrapped around the building, the baristas were very friendly and my order(as complicated as it might be) has never been wrong. Also, it always seemed to move along pretty quickly once I got my order in.

I mistakenly assumed that this was a coffee shop, it was nothing but idiots behind the counter doing busy nothings. ITTOOK A CUSTOMERSERVICEREP, 5MINUTESTOLOGINTOHISTERMINALBEFOREHECOULDTAKEMYORDER! They didn’t even have cream on the service bar… drive to another location, no one is at the helm at this store of fools.

This is one of my favorite locations in terms of seating and ambiance; of course, it is busy, so it may not be the place to get some serious work done if you’re looking for a productivity hotspot. The service is usually a hit or miss at this location — neutral friendly at times to pleasant — but their drinks always come out right. I’ve been here to study and to hang out with friends and family, and each time has been refreshingly cool. There is ample seating available, and they are located adjacent to restaurants and a big parking lot, so no need to worry about fighting over that last space. Great location — I’ll be sure to stop by on my way to and from work.

Awesome ambiance. Relaxed, separate space to be, good to study or have a meeting. Separate nonsmoking patio outside. Drive thru as well.

I stopped in here on my way home from Seabrook and I was in dire need of a pick me up! This was probably one of the best made Java Chip Frappacino’s that I have ever had! The line was long but, the baristas made it move swiftly and I appreciate that. The parking can be problematic because the lot is very small and there are neighboring businesses in this strip mall that take up most spaces. They do have a drive through which is nice and next time I will give that a shot! Thanks to this Starbucks location I made it home to Austin with a little extra pep in my step!

I ordered a green tea mini-frap with a shot of espresso! This location is pretty big with a good couch area and super clean bathrooms! But three stars because the service wasn’t too great.

Two stars is me being nice. The he cashier was pleasant but the drive thru cashier whom made eye contact as I was about to head to the bathroom cut me off. He didn’t flush and while I’m sure he rinsed he didn’t have time to use soap and dry — perhaps he was rushing so as to vacate the bathroom quickly considering there’s a customer waiting. The appearance of the bathroom should have garnered immediate response but didn’t. His dress and appearance was borderline, I really don’t want to see someone’s underwear– please tuck in your shirt at work if your underwear rides up — simply gross. This was my first minute in the store. While traveling along IH10 I chose this location because it had unusually high marks for a Starbucks. Once I was ready to order I found the space behind the counter abysmal– a cup lay on its side on the floor under a cabinet near the drive thru, paper bag and it looked like it hadn’t been swept all day, and perhaps not mopped in a longer period. In summary, I would not stop here for the ratings because they are in error. Unless of course you can overlook glaringly bad cleanliness. you will get a smile from the cashier and a hot beverage.

The staff in this location is super friendly. They were very positive this morning which is super refreshing to see for those who are used to apathetic Starbucks staff. One of the guys working there helped me pick out an espresso drink! He was very helpful and kind and recommended me a caramel macchiato. I was hesitant at first because I’m not used to overly sweet drinks but this one was perfect since I told him to make it less sweet. I was really surprised how well it was made! The employee really made my morning!

Took my breath away! Their holiday wall of tumblers and mugs already in stunning red boxes for gift giving literally took my breath away. One of my favorite things are Starbucks coffee tumblers… I’m selective, but I could safely say I own dozens. I heart them. Back to the breathlessness… I was supposed to run in, grab a turkey bacon sandwich(Delicious) and run back out. Due to my basking in the glory of the tumbler options, my friend had to pop in from the car. Warm and fuzzy… right? Not so much. The staff were pretty darned rude. While trying to ask questions a male employee made a face at his female coworker and responded as if I was the village idiot. Honestly, sometimes I am. I admit. But not in this scenario. I flipped the questions to talking about him which worked like a charm. He perked up and was friendly. So basically I wore the green apron and served myself. I almost took a pic of the incredibly messy messy work area they were in. Parking lot is precarious. Staff are hit or miss. If you’re feeling cheerful and engage staff about themselves, you’ll enjoy your pop in to this location.

Lightning fast service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. This is the only Starbucks location that is precise with my drink order, and they’re super friendly. What more could you want?

I have come here often and liked it, but now I’m done. 3 separate times I have a ordered a trenta iced coffee with creamer. Each time I got essentially a glass of creamer with a splash if creamer. I have drank half of this one and added coffee from work to it and it is still a cup of creamer… This is ridiculous, if I order a coffee with cream, that’s what I intend to get. I don’t want a cream with coffee. I will save my money in the future as I am still drinking my coffee provided by my company.

I love coming to this Starbucks location. It’s conveniently on the way to my work, so I no longer have to make a detour just to get my morning coffee. The staff are great, they’re very efficient. Even in a busy day, it’s not so bad because they get thru the orders pretty fast. They have awesome customer service, everyone of them are nice and friendly.
