Love this store! Anytime I have had an issue I can always ask them here! They know what they are talking about! They don’t always have the tools to fix my situation. But they can always explain to me how to get it resolved or point me in the right direction!
I switched from another carrier and came here. I have been saving about 30 $ a month and have way more value in my plan! I can upgrade once a year here and I have long distance to Mexico and Canada included in my plan for free!
Bar none best sprint store I have been to and will return for my future business

I came in after along day of running to 2 other sprint stores who coukd not help me, I was very tired. Fortunately we were able to be helped by Brittain and xavier. They were very kind and helpful. They were only people out of two stores that were able to fix the problem. Thanks you too. 5 stars for them two.

While the staff is friendly enough, I cannot recommend this service. Absolute worst cellular network (I’ve had AT&T and Verizon). I only joined Sprint so that I could join my bf’s family plan. With no exaggeration, Sprint has been a nightmare. I use my cell for business calls and most of the time I can hardly hear a word. I almost always have no bars or one bar. Even though I’ve called Sprint customer service and gone into this particular store multiple times, they will not relieve me from my 2 yr contract (unless, of course, I pay the exorbitant fee). Such a frustrating disappointment! Consider yourself warned.
