Spring Shadows Self Storage

I have had a storage room here for 5 years; just misc Christmas stuff and stuff that I could not keep at my apartment. to make a long story short there has been many management changes my rent has gone from $ 39 to $ 49 over the last two years without notice. But I was furious with them after I recently retuned from deployment with my Army reserve unit while I was away I missed my September payment I returned in October and went to pay my rent for the two months that were due, only to find out that they tacked on $ 60 late fee for Sept and Oct. and some kind of $ 100 lien fee. so my 5×10 would now cost me $ 240 in order to get back into the unit. I was furious and I feel that this is just another way that they use to steal your stuff. I told them to stick their lien fee up their butts (fortunately I didn’t have $ 240 worth of stuff in the storage room) This is ridiculous and unwarranted. I am reporting the them Better Business Bureau. Find another place this place is set up to rob you of the contents of your storage room.

Very nice manager, clean and relatively new.
