Rude!!! Horrible service!!! Do not return calls. Terrible customer service! They are over priced and do not honor warranty.
DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY CAR SERVICE.

I had a pretty good experience here at spring branch complete auto … They finished all the work needed and was all covered under my extended warranty now granted they didn’t finish all the work the first time around. But that was because of some miscommunication between a couple of the guys … The reason I give them 4 stars is because the when he told me to bring it back on a Monday because they had so much work … He got the rest done within 3 days … So in the end I was very satisfied with the work they had done … Thanks spring branch complete auto…

I send my bmw to this shop. I cannot make sure if they offered me the fair price. Such as the mass flow sensor. Auto zone price is 272. They let me paid $ 470. But this shop is the third auto repair shop since My car had engine light problem. They are the only one who find the real problem. They changed about 5 parts on my car. Which cost me about $ 1400.it’s higher than other shop. But I know the price is still lower than BMW dealer price. I give 3 stars. I’m satisfied with their skills. But still hoping they could offer me a fair price.

Very honest and quick auto repair. Honda dealer wanted to change my whole ac system just for a little leak and asked $ 1400 for this and wanted to keep my car for two days; ridiculous !!!
HERE i got it fixed in a few hours for $ 400 and my AC is like new now. I also got my timing belt changed here a year ago and again i got it done by half the price of other repair shops.
These guys work hard here and get it done sooner. Thank you

I am impressed with the speed and diligence that Spring Branch Complete Auto Repair has demonstrated in its repair of my vehicle. I was also thankful when the owner offered to drive be back to my workplace and to pick me up after the repairs were complete.

Let’s just be straight about auto repair. You never know what type of service you will receive, whether or not a place will rip you off, or if your car will unexpectedly break down after service is supposedly complete.
Fortunately, this was not the case with Spring Branch Auto Repair. They offer great service, straight-​forward pricing and they keep the busted up car parts just to show you what they fixed. I would imagine this is similar to a doctor showing you your appendix in a jar, but I wouldn’t really know since I still have mine.
Anyways.
Being new in town, and of course worrying about that good ‘ol woman/​auto mechanic stereotype, I wanted to make sure I took my car to a place that wouldn’t completely rip me off. My CTS was making a fun rattling noise and I immediately thought something was wrong with the engine, which of course equals lots of money. I walked into the shop, met with Luis, and he immediately went out to my car to check out the noise. He calmed my fear about any issues with the transmission or engine, and asked if they could keep it over night. (I got there an hour before closing.)
Within one business day, my car was back to me, with a new catalytic converter, along with a nice guarantee that it shouldn’t break again. They even gave me time to price check the work and part online before they started any work.
Based on their honesty, great service and quick turn around, I’ll be taking my car back to them.

I went in for a few maintenance issues last week on my 2008 Mercedes C-​Class. According to the dealer, I had to get the following fluids flushed and replaced: transmission, coolant, brake, and power steering. The dealer was happy to do this for close to $ 1,000, which was way more than I was comfortable paying.
After calling the 2 other dealerships in town, as well as 2 non-​dealer locations, I decided on Spring Branch Complete Auto. I based my decision primarily on price, as SBCA was easily a few hundred dollars less expensive than the next guy.
At SBCA, I spoke with Luis who was more than happy to provide good service at a great price. Luis was very polite and professional throughout my experience. He took the extra step of showing me the machine they were going to use to flush my transmission. When I learned that the flush would not include a filter replacement, Luis quickly changed the work order to include that, charging me only for the parts. I was impressed by how quickly Luis resolved my concern.
And even though they offered the lowest price I found, they still offered me a ride to my job in the morning, which was a nice touch.
I try to do as much car maintenance myself, but whenever a maintenance project is way over my head, SBCA will be one of the first places I call.

They are very truthful and honest about the costs and the problems. The guys took time to clearly explain to me what is needed and what is not thus helping me to decide how much to spend on my old Toyota. The service was fast and the costs very reasonable. I hope big auto guys do the same to attract more customers. I referred my friend who has a Dodge Caravan and he informed he got a nice deal compared to what was quoted by others.
