STOLEMYCHANGE! gave them a $ 20 for a bill that was $ 9.96 saw the cashier put the $ 10 from the register in her pocket and then when confronted manager and her said the register count was right yeah because she has the change! Couldn’t stay and argue because I was on my way to work but never going back and will be filing a complaint with corporate.

I always go for breakfast through the drive through. The lady at the drive through is always, always polite. I can definitely tell she is doing her best to get the orders out to the customers. Yes, it does take a little bit of time to get my food. But it’s always fresh and made right. A pleasant experience at a fast food spot.

Worst Sonic ever! Very slow. Never enough people. Every time I’m here I end up waiting forever. Usually the food is wrong and the servers are never friendly

I come from another state where my sonic service sucks so bad it would take 20 minutes at the drive-through just to make your order and I got to say this location has got their act together at least from my point of view on waiting time and friendly service.

Have ordered from this location several times and never had a problem with order accuracy, time, or food quality. For today’s visit, server was 87 Elizabeth and she was prompt and courteous

This Sonic location has to be the worst fast food establishment I have ever visited in my life. When placing my order the lady over the speaker was extremely rude. My fiancée and I ordered a Spicy Chicken Strip Dinner(Spicy tenders, Tots, Onion Rings, Texas Toast and Dipping Sauce), a Jr. Burger kids meal and a Coke Float. It took them 30 minutes to deliver our food. The Car Hop didn’t say one word or smile one time while handing us our food. Once we got home and looked at our order the Jr. Burger was completely cold, No Onion Rings with the Dinner, Texas Toast looked like old stale bread and the Coke Float was completely melted. We live 4 minutes away! There is no way food got cold and a Float melted in 4 minutes. When I called the manager I politely explained the situation he didn’t seem to give a shit. I then called the corporate number and spoke to a women who once again seemed to care less. Not one apology. It really is a shame that these people don’t care about customer and service. At this point Sonic Hwy 3 location doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I had to wait 15 minutes for a slush… Yes a slush. Ridiculous. No apology. Nothing.

This location sucks. They always mess up my order EVERY time I go to this location. Also, I always have to wait a while for my food. Today, I ordered a Super Sonic Double Cheeseburger, plain, and large cheese fries. They gave me the burger with everything on it, and instead of fries, it was tater tots. My receipt CLEARLY says«Plain» for the burger, and«Cheese Fries» for the side, and they mess it up. I did eat it anyway, but I will not go back to this location ever again.

This place is terrible. Messed my order up twice… what I mean is they gave me the wrong food twice. I called to let them know and asked for a manager I hear the person say«I don’t have time for this» the lady on the phone says the manager wasn’t in… good job sonic epic fail

Just went to this sonic for two drinks. Very hateful voice on speaker, sullen carhop and 25 minutes to get two drinks. Pitiful service!

Sometimes life goes by way to fast. Other times like for instance at this Sonic Location it doesnt. Slow service coupled with lack luster product assembly lend this particular sonic with a 40% score. Its failing in my opinion. Snag the manager by the collar next time and beg him for service. No seconds for me.

This Sonic seems to be as good as any other. I’ve never had a profoundly good or bad experience here. So, there you go.

Will say I had to wait 4 – 5 minutes for just a drink(slushie) …with only one truck ahead of me(with very stinky exhaust fumes) In the drive thru… But the person who took my order was very nice and then walked my order out to my car(in line)

Just a little something to drink while here. It’s Clear Lake, so no hood bass music that seems to be at other sonics I have been too lately. You can actually eat outside and not be bothered at this location.

This sonic consistently cheaps out on their sonic blast toppings. If I wanted 24 oz of plain soft serve ice cream, that’s what I would order… and I wouldn’t pay 5 bucks for it. After buzzing back and specifically asking for a reasonable amount of cookies/candy whatever in the blast, they’ll bring you a tiny condiment cup with some crumbs in it. This has happened three times. The last time we didn’t even bother complaining and just decided we will not be back to this sonic. Like others have said, they are apparently understaffed and very slow most hours of the day.

It drives me nuts, every other Sonic sells ice but this Sonic refuses? Last time we stopped, our daughters had giftcards they had won and they were super excited about using them«to pay for their own treats» and then after the girls proudly handed over there giftcards they were informed that the giftcard machine doesn’t work… really, couldn’t pretend like it worked for the two slushies for a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old… whatever.

Be prepared to wait. Be prepared to wait a long long time. Bring a book? Tell your children you love them and hope to see them again when they are aged adults? You think that the location off of a big busy highway would lead the workers to try to model some sort of quick service program based on the expectations of customers to not die of old age as they wait to receive their large vanilla Dr. Pepper. No such luck. Even if you factor in the amount of time it will take to drive to the Sonic on Bay Area Blvd a little further away: you will still get out of there and on to wherever you are going much quicker than if you stop in off the highway for a cold and tasty beverage. Eek, methinks not.
