Quite shocked at the AMAZING customer service! I’ve never dealt with EL wire before but I needed to rig some up for a local parade that requires lighting on all costumes (Starlight parade in Portland, OR). I pieced together all the components I thought I needed and placed the order online at

While packaging my order up for shipping, they noticed that I missed adding snap connectors and called me up to confirm if I had intended to skip it. Not only did they let me add two connectors over the phone to my order for no extra shipping, they also threw in 2 extra for FREE ($ 10 value) when I realized I needed 4 connectors not 2 (I had two 15′ wires with the intention of splitting each into 7.5′ sections and connecting them with a splitter). Plus, they were nice enough to cut the wires for me, add on the splitters and connectors, and basically make it ready to go out of the box, all at no extra charge.
I haven’t had this good of a customer experience with any company before, they really went the extra mile!
