I go to this location at least once a week. It gets consistently worse and tonight I had one that tasted like Pepto Bismol. No lie. This location will never receive another overpriced dollar from me.

The employees are rude. Came in at 945pm after our movie to get a light snack. The girl asked if we were getting smoothies bc they just put everything up. Well thats why were there for smoothies. We put in our order and the other employees let out this biggest sigh and rolled his eyes. Then the girl said, well we hadnt had a customer for the last hour. Im sorrry, if you close at 10 pm, you should still serve. That is your job. Very rude.

Love my girls here… They always remember me and the way I love my chunky chocolate Lean smoothie with no banana… Nothing like having a treat at the bottom of your cup… Better then a cracker jacks box!

I love smoothies and what I like most about smoothie king is that it is consistent. And I like my smoothies really blended well and don’t like fruit getting stuck in my straw. Sounds silly… but, really bugs me. I also don’t like smoothies that are too frothy and foamy and never have I received one from smoothie like that. Power Punch Plus all the way. And, I add blueberries! :)

I love the employees here. They are super friendly and even when there is only one person working, I still get in and out of there without having to wait the usual 5 – 10 minutes I’ve waited at Jamba Juice in the area. I love them both, but in a time crunch, this place is my go-​to. Skinny angel food, chocolate or strawberry lean1!

One day at work at i craved a smoothie type drink, since I’m sort of new to the area I wasn’t sure where to go but all my coworkers suggested Smoothie King so i decided to try it out (btw I am a jamba juice lover). At first I was a bit iffy about trying this place but as soon as I walked in through the door my perception changed. The place was very clean and the staff was over the top friendly. I mentioned it was my first time and the ladies behind the counter suggested many options and helped me choose the best drink for my preference. They both worked quickly and efficient to make my experience awesome! Definitely will be returning!

Walked in and saw 3 people ahead of me. Prepared for a long wait (sulking.) But the sole employee behind the counter was on point!
I was greeted when I walked in, and she told me she’d be right with me. She got the 2 other parties’ drinks blending and in the meantime worked the register and took my order. Multitasking! She was seriously faster and more efficient than a lot of bartenders out there. Needless to say, I was in and out in no time.
Customer service folks used to have a sense of urgency about them, not so much today. Maybe she was a manager, who knows? Regardless; way to work the crowd Smoothie King chick, keep up the good work!
