This place was clean and the staff was extra friendly! The food was really good, especially the sauteeed mushrooms on the burgers!

Their burgers are cooked fresh, juicy and tasty!!!
My wife even got a burger on a gluten free bun!!! Not bad! And my daughter for the first time finished what she was eating plus the fries! Very good.

I’ve been to smash burger before, so I definitely know what to expect. Make sure you get smash fries! Hint of garlic and truffle oil. So. Good.
The main reason for this review is the SERVICE. I took my mom for her first smash burger and she loved it. This location has EXCELLENT staff. As you walk in, they greet you with a genuine smile. While we ate our food, the staff and the MANAGER came around multiple times to make sure everything was alright. It was, of course. The manager even chatted with us for a bit and offered me a refill (even though the soda machine was literally like 5 steps away and all I got was water). After the manager found out that this was my mom’s first time, he even gave her coupons for $ 5 off her next visit. Sir, you were absolutely amazing. GREAT service and wonderful staff, guys! I will definitely be returning to this location.

I give this a 2 star because I was disappointed, the burger tasted good but was a let down for what I’ve heard of this place, it was overpriced and fell flat, literally, there was no filler like fresh lettuce, the thin onion was bunched in one spot of the burger and my bread was smushed, I didn’t know that’s what the name meant… smash’ed burger… the sweet potato fries were amazing or I may have given this a 1 star. Again this meal was overpriced and a let down.

This is the location that I last visited on the YEE event. I ordered online and drove done to pick up. They are one of the few store that has a drive thru but I went in to pick up.
They had my order ready I was impressed even though I got there a little early. The location was pretty empty to say it was lunch time but for me that was no waiting!
The burger was cooked to my perfection and I tried one of their sweet potato fries that was delicious. The fact that they are in close proximity to my work and the great service I got. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing burgers. Amazing service. The people are so nice. Better than any fast food hamburger. Also has a drive though. Milkshakes are fantastic.

Ordered online at 6:15. Standing inside after waiting 30 minutes after order was supposed to be ready.

We went to this place to get a quick bite.
The staff member «Kristen» made it a great experience for us. they forgot to give me cheese and she brought it to the table being apologetic sincerely.
The burger were great and I couldn’t get enough of the «Smach Fries» They are not cooked in cooking oil but rosemary, olive, and garlic. Best fries ever!

Menu confusing for a combo, staff not clear with explaining menu and food was cold. Not the same level of service or quality that I am accustomed to.

First time here, and I left very happy. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and smash fries. The chicken was awesome. I only have 4 stars, because the fries were ok. Not the best. I will return again for sure. The staff were really friendly.

Super friendly staff! They greet you the second you walk in and the establishment was super clean, big bonus points right there. I love the black bean burger done Jalapeño Baja style — is a chipotle bun with chipotle mayo, guac, and jalapeños– seriously so good. And those Rosemary fries, you’ve got to get those with the smash sauce!

Super clean place and pretty friendly staff. Our food always comes out fresh and hot. It’s nice to have options close by for a fresh hamburger place.

Went Today about 12:30, order was completely messed up, food was cold and burger was thrown together. First time eating here and was completely disappointed! To say its brand new, have to do better!

My boyfriend and I wanted to try this place out since it just opened a few months ago. When we entered we were immediately greeted with «welcome to smashburger!» The cashier was super friendly and nice. The inside is very clean and nicely wiped down. We were the only ones there so we got our food immediately.
CLASSIC SMASH– american cheese, smash sauce, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion on an egg bun
The burger wasn’t too bad, but there wasn’t anything bold or special about the flavors that made it stand out from any regular burger. It was just a regular burger that you could grill up at your house and put all the veggies in. I would say it’s a decent burger, but would I get it again? Probably not.
CLASSIC CHICKEN– lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, and mayo on a multi-​grain bun
I got the crispy chicken and I like the extra crunch that it adds to the texture of the burger. Just like the classic smash, there was no bold flavors that stood out in this burger either. It tasted fresh, but could use more bold seasoning added to it.
SMASHFRIES– tossed in italian olive oil, rosemary, and garlic
It sounded good when I read it in the menu, but it was just okay. Not okay enough to order again, but it’s not horrendous. I could really taste the rosemary and olive oil. I just wish the garlic was more prominent.
FRENCH FRIES
These fries were nice and crispy. I like that they weren’t salted so that you can put the seasoning on yourself.
I wished this burger joint made burgers that stood out, but they are just regular burgers. I don’t know if I would come here again because there are other burger joints around the area that provide very flavorful and juicy burgers.

This location is close to home and we were thrilled to see it open because they have GF buns (yay!). The staff is super friendly and the food always comes out fast. This location has a drive thru that comes in very handy at times. The had a special pressure cooker that they use to cook the patties quickly but still maintain the smashburger quality. Oh and them shakes tho!

I’ve tried smashburger many times at various locations around Houston and I’ve always loved the food. This location is super convenient and neighborhood friendly. And yes, they’ve got a drive thru which is a gift from the gods. I stopped by for a late dinner with a friend and we had such great service and our food was brought to us in a timely manner. I only give it four stars because I think I will forever be on the hunt for the best burger located somewhere in Houston, but smashburger is definitely in my top five. Love this new location!

Very friendly atmosphere, cheap prices, great burgers and the smash fries are to die for. This place offers something different then your typical run of the mill burger joints. I highly recommend it.

After seeing all the wonderful reviews for the new neighborhood Smash burger I though I would check it out… I had the cobb salad… Which was very fresh, plentiful and perfectly priced… The staff was very attentive… Several employees came around making sure all was good… Not just your typical burger joint!

Oh my goodness. This place is heaven. I loved the staff they were friendly and helpful. The manager helped me with the menu (first time there). He offered many choices and options. I arrived about 15 minutes to closing and they welcomed me without attitude you get from most places. Loved it and will return soon.
