Unreliable. Cancelled appointment 1 hour before. What is interesting is that they called to see if I could move the appointment up. When I couldn’t, they subsequently cancelled.

called and got an appointment, came out right on time and even gave a courtesy call before arriving. as it turns out, i didnt know what all came with the house when i bought it. So just my luck the leak that i thought was the sprinkler was not, it was the foundation hose. so as dumb as i am, i didnt know. The tech checked it fast, and concluded there was no leak and it was the foundation hose that i left on which leaked everywhere. so after about 5 mins it was done… sadly the service charge was 39.99 and to make things awkward, i had asked over the phone if they take card and they said yes. as it turns out, the service charge is cash or check only. so i had to look for my check book and since he was already there i asked him to check my sprinkler system as well. which he happily did one by one.
I would recommend these guys again, as my experience was rather good compared to the other reviews.

We have used this company last year and they were very reasonable and did a nice job for us. This year we scheduled an appointment to come fix our sprinkler system and they didn’t show for the appointment or call to reschedule. We called several times and no one returned our phone call. I called about five times today and finally someone answered the phone. Bottom line she suggested I look in Google for another sprinkler company. When I asked to speak to the owner, she hung up on me. So as I was searching for other companies, Simply Sprinker came up and I decided to review them. Too bad we really need the service.

These guys are total rip-​offs. The technician quoted $ 180 for a Rain Bird sprinkler valve and recommended to replace three valves even when he couldn’t find any visible problem with one. The other two were leaking mildly. These valves go for $ 20 a piece at best in the market. Called the office number to complaint and the receptionist wouldn’t provide the manager’s phone or name.

I just had my sprinklers repaired with simply sprinkler. After getting several quotes from several companies I found simply sprinkler the most reasonable. The technician, Manuel, came out and did the system check. He was very courteous and professional. He knew what he was doing and explained what he was going to do step by step. After completing the job he waived the incpection fee gladly. Everything was clean and professionally done. The office manager senona called after two days to check on the service which gives them extra points for an impeccable customer service. I would definitely recommend simply sprinkler to all my family and friends. When you want someone to do work on your yard you want a company that respects its customers. Simply sprinkler exceeded my expectations in a professional and timely manner ! I will definitely use them again especially when I bought the maintenance program. No need to worry about my sprinkler system again ! I am so happy I have found a go to company like this !

Simply sprinkler just came out to do a system check and fix a leak– on a Saturday and last minute! I’ve been using these guys for 4 years now — got the recommendation from a family friend and other friends have used their services. Very reliable and quick service, and the managers are very attentive. Manuel is the technician who usually comes out; very professional. Will continue using them.

Was quoted $ 39.99 to come out and take a look at a wiring issue. When the tech got here he said — Yes definitely a wiring issue … $ 85 an hour to get the equipment out of the truck and start troubleshooting on top of the 39.99. Found the issue in 5 minutes. $ 124.99 later he didn’t even do the system check or set the controller. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone in their office.
Most likely a misunderstanding … tech made no effort to run the pricing discrepancy up the flagpole. On a positive note — the tech was courteous and knew what he was doing.

I would not recommend this company the trucks are nice and the website is very fancy but customer service wise they stink. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday April 20^th at 10:00am. I did this online and received an email confirming this on the day I booked it (Saturday April 13^th). On April 19^th I received an email confirming my appointment time for April 20^th at 10:00am. Saturday at 10:00am came and went even waited extra time like it says on the first confirmation. I called the office and the women I spoke with wanted to have a manager see why It wasn’t in the system. She called back to tell me it was a glitch in the system but the could reschedule for another day. They don’t care and I would not go by the reviews on the website. I have scheduled with another company and after they come out I will pass on the name of a good company. You have to choice a star so they got one, shouldn’t gotten any.
