The Houston, Texas, law office of Simmons & Fletcher, P.C., was founded with a commitment to serving personal injury victims and their families as we would serve the Lord. We are Christian personal injury, accident and liability lawyers who care. It is not just a slogan. It is a very real attitude that is practiced every day in the personal injury law firm headed by Robert S. Simmons and Keith M. Fletcher. Robert S. Simmons began his law practice in 1971. In 1979, Keith M. Fletcher joined him to form a partnership that has endured to help thousands of personal injury victims recover from relatively small claims to life-​changing severe accidents and losses of loved ones.

Business Owner

Our founder, Robert S. Simmons has been committed to helping victims of personal injury ranging from car accidents, work injuries and premises liability to major 18-​wheeler collisions and industrial plant accidents since 1971. Our faith is Christian and a we strive to serve our clients as thought serving our Lord, himself. However, we welcome and regularly represent people of all faiths and beliefs.

Keith M. Fletcher is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been licensed in Texas since 1979. His commitment as an injury lawyer has earned him recognition from Texas Super Lawyers (by Texas Monthly) and H Texas Magazine as well as lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
