Great teachers. Provides good service for families. Gives the children what they need daily. Staff is nice, professional and very knowledgeable.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely would. Hopping to work on weekends, my choices for childcare were limited, I sent my 4 month old to Shaykobi hoping that my baby boy would be in safe hand and I couldn’t have been more wrong. I found out from another parent that had witnessed it upon picking up her children that my 4 month old was left alone in a room with no body else to just scream his head off.
Anytime I picked him up there were after schoolers running around in the same room where my son was having tummy time other much larger kids would be rough housing in the same area, its a miracle my 4 month old wasn’t kicked in the head. There was always only 1 teacher there. My son would ALWAYS come home with a rash because they would never change him. I would put together bottles of filtered water (enough for the day) and id come back and some would still be in his bag, so I know they couldn’t have been feeding him but every 5 hours!
Then there was the outbreak. Multiple children ended up getting hand foot mouth disease from the center. One day I ran into another child’s mother at the pharmacy And it turned out her baby had gotten in. A baby that had a lot of interaction with my son. She informed me that the owner, Shanna, had told her to please not inform any if the other parents of the outbreak. She showed me a text where Shanna said she would give her a discount on child care if she kept the fact that her son got it from the daycare from the parents because she didn’t want the parents to not bring their children and not pay
I was devastated that my son was around that and that this conniving lady wouldn’t even have told me that it was going around. Of course he did pick it up and I withdrew him immediately. The owner is absolutely horrible. She is only interested in money. I’m positive that this is an illegal operation and I want to warn all parents about bringing their children here!

I felt it was about time a true review was written about the place since its clear the owner fabricated the others.
I sent my son (18 months) here because I was forced to work night time hours at my job and the location (though in the same shopping center as a bar and a party hall, so the parking lot is filled with drunks at night) was convenient for me
The first day there my son fell in their «playground» and scraped his head and lip (their «playground» is a small area of concrete, surrounded by a dilapidated wooden fence, a back gate with no lock and about ten broken toys)
Upon picking him up he seemed fine though they had lied and said he’d be sleeping on cots and he was on a small nap mat on the floor
The next day when I dropped him off he was to be dropped off in the infant room though he was a string walker and was way too big and rough yo be around infants.
As time went by I came to see that they kept all the kids (I have yet to see them once during the day at legal teacher-​child ratios) in that small infant room, without stimulating toys for their age group
By the third week in the daycare my son had lost weight, gotten sick once Anddd got a stomach virus. The third week is also when the unforgivable happened. I show up at 12:30am after a long shift ready to pick up my son after knocking and ringing the bell I found that the door to the infant room was propped open I walked in and found my son on a mat sleeping, and next to him? The day care teacher responsible for my dons care, passed out on the floor. It took me around 5 times to try to wake her up! Anyone could’ve taken my son! He could’ve walked out if the daycare and into hwy 6!!! When I told the director, she shook it off and said ‘that door is broke so sometimes that happens“
Two weeks later? My son got foot in mouth disease from this place and the owner told me to not let anyone know because she didn’t want the parents to know it was going around
All these people care about is your money– NOT your children. When I talked to child care licensing she said they’d been out there 3 times in the past month because of reports they received and that since they’re still on a «probation period» they’d probably be shut down soon
